Calhoun County workers recently demolished the old pavilion at King Fisher Beach. Constructed sometime during the 1960’s, the old pavilion hosted many a family and community function, while causing a few bumped heads due to it’s low height. The Port O’Connor Chamber of Commerce will be constructing a new, taller, structure which should be ready by Easter (weather permitting).
