Port Lavaca’s Christmas Celebration Week

November 29th kicks off a week of Christmas festivities with the Lighting of the Christmas Tree at 6:30 p.m. at the Bayfront Peninsula. November 30th features the Enchanted Christmas Tree Forest at Faye Sterling Park on Main Street at 6:30 p.m.

December 1st is the Chamber of Commerce Annual Parade of Lights Christmas Parade, “A Hometown Christmas”, with lots of beautiful lighted floats, music and Santa Claus riding in on the fire truck, starting at 6:30 p.m.

On December 2nd from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. First Baptist Church will present a live nativity scene on the Bayfront. The festive week concludes Saturday, December 3rd with “Christmas on Main Street”, featuring live entertainment and vendors from noon to 4:00 p.m.
