With miniature boats built by middle school students as centerpieces, it should be no surprise that this year’s annual Gala has a nautical theme. “A Romantic Cruise Aboard the Titanic” will find guests spending the evening enjoying fine dining, entertainment, and a silent auction while trying to secure “safe passage” after a little unfortunate incident with an iceberg. The Gala will begin promptly at 6 p.m. on Saturday, February 19th in St. Jude’s Hall located at 300 W. Austin Street in Port Lavaca. Tickets are on sale now at the school office for $50 each.
