Andres “Chito” Flores, Jr., 77, of Seadrift, passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2013, in Port Lavaca. He was born April 29, 1935 in Lockhart to the late Andres Sr. and Gregoria “Wela” Saenz Flores. He was a Catholic and retired from Brown and Root.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Isabel Morales Flores; daughters, Lily Vasquez (Felipe) of Seadrift and Rosalinda Garcia of Port Lavaca; sons, David Flores (Debra Watts) of Austin, Richard Flores (JoAnn) of Palacios, Ruben Flores (Robin) of Cuero, and Joe Flores (Patricia) of Victoria; sister, Rosa Venecia of Port Lavaca; brothers, Pete Flores of Port Lavaca and Ricky Flores of New Braunfels; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary Hernandez; and brother, Leonardo Flores.

Private memorial graveside service will be held at a later date.
