Spring bird migration is basically between March 15th and May 15th. Bird watchers from around the U.S. and the world will visit the Texas Gulf Coast to experience this annual event. Port O’Connor’s very own Brush Freeman and Petra Hockey have compiled a complete list of all birds recorded in Calhoun County and its waters. The list contains more than 400 species.
