Marjorie Goode Hawes, (affectionately called “Honeyo” by her grandchildren and most everyone else), celebrated her 90th birthday at the Port O’Connor Community Center on February 10, 2013, surrounded by friends and family. Marjorie is a long-time resident of Port O’Connor and raised her family there with her husband, Joe Hawes (now deceased).
