All Port O’Connor citizens are encouraged to attend the Cemetery Association Town Meeting on Thursday, March 20th at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Center. It is important that anyone who plans to utilize the cemetery in the future or already has a staked out a family plot be aware of the plans for uniformity in plotting.

Subjects to be discussed at the meeting:

1. Election of officers with membership drive.

2. Names and Grids are finished for the cemetery; will have on display.

3. Marking of purposed burial spots for future use.

4. Deadline for removal of all PVC pipes marking spots.

5. Times that someone from the Association will be at Cemetery for assistance with marking future sites.

6. Report on progress of tax number.
