George B. (G.B.) Robertson, Jr., 80, of Houston, Texas, passed away March 5, 2014. He was born January 6, 1934 in Houston, Texas.

He is survived by his family: Wife: Ruby Robertson;  Son: George B. Robertson III and wife Dana, of Hudson, New York;  Brother: Bob K. Robertson and wife, Georgianne of North Carolina;  Sister: Elizabeth and husband Dean Clough of Sugarland, Texas;  Lifelong friends: the Andrew Lacy family, Betty, Kirk, Andy H, Cara and “grandchildren” Alexander and Mimi Ball.; Numerous neices and nephews.

Mr. Robertson retired in 1995 from the Clerks & Checkers ILA Local 1351 after 38 years of service at the Port of Houston.
He moved to Port O Connor, Texas in 1995 where he made many new friends, became involved with the Calhoun County Democratic Club, pursued his love of fishing and developed a new love for golf.

A Memorial Service was held Saturday, March 15 at the Port O’ Connor Community Center.
