Fox News has always been on the spin since Rupert Murdock bought the News Corp empire.
that’s were some American people get “The Obama apologizing for everything we stand for”.
Sean Hannity since Obamas taking office calling Obama “The Anointed ONE” and the whole Fox Crew anointing of “King Obama”
Then the Fox News flip flop at the past Republican debate when Megyn Kelly, Matt Baier and Cris Wallace were talking about being in the arena the Cleveland Cavilers play in, and the candidates are like coming out the locker rooms. Chris Wallace says, “Lebron James is the king, but tonight we may find out who the new King is”.

Rupert Murdock has unleashed Fox News on Obama since before the 2008 till now with “NO” respect at all , not one bit to Office of the President of the United States of America. Fox News has its Teeth sunk in like a Pitbull on Clintons Benghazi and Emails, but when Fox goes after Trump “That just crosses the Line”!

Fox News the creators of Bill O’Riely, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbagh, Glenn Beck . . . . Those Sean Hannity ever so Famous Town Hall meetings that stirred up all that American Pride.

Out of all the times I have read Dolphin Talk, this is the first time I really enjoyed it.

I would call Murdock a Sell Out Traitor to his own country of Australia!

Rupert Murdock was born in Australian and bought and paid for his US Citizenship, just like Rafael Edward “”Ted”” Cruz, and the funniest is Teds Father Rafael Bienvenido Cruz who fled Cuba at age 18 in 1957. He was granted political asylum in the United States following the expiration of his student visa and “years” later Daddy Cruz became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2005, “””48 YEARS LATER”””

Ruperty Murdock and Ted Cruz have one thing in common, and that’s to put the spin on the American People, The sad thing is the some American People that believe it.
The worst of the two is Rupert Murdock and what makes me happy is “finally” reading here in “The Way I See It”. The authors of these articles are treading lightly coming out the Closet on Rupert Murdock and Fox News. The very Fox News that is mother of inspiring the minds Republicans, The Tea Party, Conservatives, Core Value Freedom, NRA Gun Freaks, and Militias thru out the County.

The American public will see exactly what they wish to see, dependent upon their political persuasion. Those who bow at the thrown of Obama will see exactly what is prone to sway anyone towards their Dem/progressive/socialist/communist leanings. Those who lean to the right of the Dem/progressive/socialist/communist leanings will see exactly that which pushes them towards their right wing Constitutional Republic leanings. It is mere sociological fact that everyone sees that which they wish to see in ANY political debate. That being said, I would wish that anyone who would wish to see a particular “political” leaning to be the preferred leaning, would actually understand the reality of just what is transpiring in America. And, those realities would be substantiated by the very numbers being generated by the performance of this American Republic. Unless you are of the persuasion that would continue to hold your head in the sand, you would understand the consequences of continued directions in the current path. Really, we can ignore the FOX news channel, Murdock, Trump discussion because it is an afterthought to what has gone on before. It is insignificant to what IS. It may be significant to what WILL BE, but insignificant to what IS. To continue to badger anyone about what has been, is merely an action relegating one to the past. We are, without any argument, on a path to economic, self sustaining destruction. Anyone with any semblance of understanding of History, AND economy, and the proven results of that which is currently being proposed for our future, can and would agree there is NOTHING but catastrophic results in the current path. As is one of the MOST honest wisdoms ever passed down by anyone, “TO CONTINUE ON THE SAME PATH WITH EXPECTATIONS OF DIFFERENT RESULTS, IS THE VERY DEFINITION OF INSANITY”. Whether you remember or not the Liberal/Progressive/Leftist media viciously attacked her at every turn, even if they had to make things up, and attack her children. Sarah Palin was a very successful Governor in Alaska. She got the oil companies to compensate the State out of their profits to the point that Alaska has a “Reverse Income Tax” where the State sends money to all Alaskans from the oil profits. She got the Democrats and the Republicans in Alaska to work together to do thinks for the benefit of all Alaskans. Her husband is part Inuit and she is very close with her “Eskimo” in-laws, so they can’t attack her as a “Racist!”, but Liberals hate her guts because she was a woman and not a Liberal. She refused to abort her ‘Downs Syndrome’ baby, teaches her daughters to hunt, kill, and butcher moose and caribou, had a son in the military, helps her husband catch salmon, and supported her teen daughter’s decision to have her child when her romance failed and she was left pregnant. She is a true “Country Girl”, conservative, Christian, & courageous, as well as beautiful. All American woman, the best one on the GOP ticket, far better than Liberal-Lite John McLame. Of course,the Leftist Feminists hated her guts! She was a real threat. They had to use all their Alinsky tactics to marginalize, ridicule, and demonize her personally because her message and platform was totally unacceptable to Liberals but they could not attack that.
Have you noticed that the “Liberals” attack Conservative women, Hispanics, or blacks much harder than GOP white men that are part of the Political Establishment? The “Liberals” really hate competence,conservative and Christian values, but doubly so in someone that in one of the ‘Voting Blocks’ (women, Hispanics, and blacks) that they think should all belong to them and their Agenda?

I agree totally that the Washington Cartel has become so entrenched that they don’t care what America wants or needs, only their getting re-elected is important and putting on “A show” every election cycle and lying to the Voters.
Any real Pro-American sent to Washington is soon ‘gutted and gelded’ by the “system”. Even our Senator John Cornyn has “turned his coat” and is owned by “Turtleman” McConnell and the RINOs.
We need Term Limits! But that is an insurmountable problem with this Congress and Senate. Look at the whole argument about “Anchor Babies”. The 14th Amend clearly states, “All persons born or naturalized in the U.S. and SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF, are citizens…..”(Emphasis added) Please explain to me how a CRIMINAL INVADER coming here in DEFIANCE OF LAW AND LAW ENFORCEMENT fits that? Even a foreigner traveling here on a passport or visa, still a citizen of another country and subject to their laws is NOT “under the jurisdiction of the US”, they may be subject to our criminal laws, but not fully “under the jurisdiction thereof”. THIS IS AN INTENTIONAL MISINTERPRETATION OF THE MEANING OF THE WORDS! Political Gobblygook for some nefarious political Agenda. Same with all those high-powered over-educated “Lawyers” can’t understand “natural born Citizen” and refuse to let any case come to trial so real evidence can be presented to PROVE what the meaning was when the Constitution was written. But that doesn’t fit their “Agenda”.

The anchor baby issue.

Take a minute and read the fourteenth amendment. No, I mean really read it – read it again until you fully understand what it says.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

The most liberal interpretation gives babies born in the US automatic citizenship. But nowhere does it grant citizenship to the parents of said child. It does not grant them amnesty, nor a fast-track to citizenship, nor special consideration for citizenship, nor anything else that could possibly give the parents an advantage over any other non-citizen. And it most certainly does not suggest any claim to citizenship for the baby’s relatives – not grandparents, not aunts, uncles, cousins, or any other relative. This means not the day of birth, not after one year, not after 20 years – never. So grant those anchor babies citizenship but the parents must return to their homeland immediately after birth. Yes, leave the baby here if they want it to be an American citizen. I doubt many parents would do that. Now that should make everyone happy – babies are citizens but their parents do not stay in this country. If the child returns, or is returned, to his/her homeland before the age of 18 or 21, then his/her citizenship is automatically, instantly, and permanently revoked. And please spare us all the liberal spin about the Constitution granting citizenship to anchor babies – it just ain’t so!

Bill Brayshaw: You are absolutely correct about the anchor baby issue, and I understand and agree with it completely. However, there are still those who cannot accept that truth, and those were the people I was speaking to. There are always some people who, because of stubbornness or ignorance, cannot or will not accept an interpretation or explanation that is different from their own belief. My letter was intended to point out to them that even if one accepts their liberal, albeit incorrect, interpretation of the fourteenth amendment it is still impossible for that child to hold American citizenship without the benefit of legal adoption or naturalization.

I had not thought of it that way obviously, but you are absolutely correct in your analysis that if America succeeds, Donald Trump also continues to succeed, if America fails, so does Donald Trump. This is my immigration plan we should be using.

1. Close the border and use military to patrol the border north and south. Our military is to protect our nation not peace keepers in others.

3. Every anchor baby that has been born here already is cut off of ANY ENTITLEMENTS I.E. WELFARE, WIC, HEALTHCARE UNLESS the illegal alien parents become citizens. If they choose not to become citizens then all will be deported and child shall lose citizen status.

4. Abide by the 14th amendment as representative Bingham had stated. Rep. John Bingham of Ohio, considered the father of the Fourteenth Amendment, confirms the understanding and construction the framers used in regards to birthright and jurisdiction while speaking on civil rights of citizens in the House on March 9, 1866:

[I] find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen…[6]

5. Anyone that currently has a 2 yr. work authorization shall leave the country for 3 months and reapply.

6. Anyone that has a 10 yr permanent resident card shall become a citizen within that period of time or have to leave after 10 yr PRC expires.

7. Anyone that has been renewing their 10 yr PRC FOR THE LAST DECADES shall become a citizen or leave for their country of origin.

8. REPEAL THE REFUGEE ACT AND CHANGE THE APPEALS PROCESS FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS TO ONE APPEAL THEN DEPORTATION IF YOU LOSE YOUR APPEAL.

9. No more asylum seekers. We are not the worlds babysitter.

10. Education visa’s after 4 yrs will be null and void and alien shall leave the country and reapply for further education. OR apply for citizenship.

11. Only allow H1b visas if the company can show they cannot fulfill the position with an American citizen.

12. STOP ALL IMMIGRATION INTO COUNTRY UNTIL WE ACCOMPLISH THE ABOVE.

WHY MOTOR VOTER LAW NEEDS TO BE REPEALED
Congress enacted the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (also known as the “NVRA” and the “Motor Voter Act”), to enhance voting opportunities for every American. Twenty two years later nothing could be further from the truth. This was signed into law by President Bill Clinton and passed through congress by Speaker of the House Tom Foley Democrat and Senate Majority George Mitchell Democrat.

Since its inception there has been an uptick of voter registrations through the NVRA. How many by number are non-citizens remains unidentified. But, we do know by a former DOJ official J. Christian Adams there are non-citizens and illegal aliens registering to vote. Not only are they registering to vote through the NVRA they are also, voting through other resources such as filing voting forms to Board of Elections and being registered to vote even though they are stating on their forms they are NON-CITIZENS! States such as NJ are checking status through DHS, but this is NOT a foolproof system to stop non-citizens from registering to vote. WHY?
1. Illegal aliens are not eligible in NJ to apply for driver licenses.
2. If a non-citizen holding a two year Employment Authorization Card (EAC 2 yr.) they are entered into the system with a Temporary Visa Restriction (TVR) and the date is entered into system when DL expires. The non-citizen MUST show this card with the work authorized Social Security card for their points required in the NJ 6 point system.
If they try to register to vote on the application an employee can catch it and state they are illegal to vote. But, if an employee does not catch it or does not care they are registering to vote and as we see many times are being registered as voters by election boards.
This DL is identifiable by the Temporary Immigration Status written on the DL.

NJ in violation of the NVRA it does not include the law in Section 5, the highlighted section below is not on the DL application. It just asks if you would like to register to vote. When the application is then processed a printout then states the applicable law of perjury about lying of citizenship. At this point the horse is out of the barn and the DL is processed.
Section 5 of the NVRA mandates the use by States of any particular forms or procedures? Each State must include a voter registration form as part of an application for a State driver’s license and any application for driver’s license renewal. The voter registration portion of the application may not require any information that duplicates information required on the driver’s license portion of the application and may require only the minimum amount of information necessary to prevent duplicate voter registrations and permit State officials both to determine the eligibility of the applicant to vote and to administer the voting process. The voter registration application must state each voter eligibility requirement (including citizenship), contain an attestation that the applicant meets each requirement, state the penalties provided by law for submission of a false voter registration application and require the signature of the applicant under penalty of perjury. In addition, the application shall also include statements specifying that: 1) if an applicant declines to register to vote, the fact that the applicant has declined to register will remain confidential and will be used only for voter registration purposes; and 2) if an applicant does register to vote, the identity of the office at which the applicant submits a voter registration application will remain confidential and will be used only for voter registration purposes. When a state contracts with a private entity to administer services in an agency that is required to offer voter registration, the ultimate responsibility for ensuring provision of voter registration services remains with the state, and the voter registration requirements under the NVRA remain the same.
3. When an applicant for a DL changes status from a temporary work status to a Permanent Resident Card (PRC, Green Card 10 yr.). The TVR is removed from the DL. Now there is NO identifier of status on the DL because the TVR written on DL is removed. When the applicant comes in to renew the DL there is NO REQUIREMENT to provide the Green Card as their 6 point identification. Meaning, they are able to register to vote without an employee being able to reject a voter applicant for non-citizen status. As we know twenty two years later we have non-citizens voting in election they’re legally not allowed per Amendment 19 in the U.S. Constitution.
This is all happening without any penalty to the offender perjuring themselves on legal documents at the Motor Vehicle offices.
4. The last challenge to the NVRA was in Arizona vs. Inter-Tribal Council of Arizona 2013. Unfortunately, under the guise it was a great day for American Citizens by the typical progressive actors SCOTUS ruled Arizona cannot ask for proof of citizenship to register to vote in motor vehicles.
In reality and unintended consequences it was a sledge hammer to the American citizen. For EVERY non-citizen voting it negates a legal citizen vote.

In conclusion the first step to stop illegal alien and non-citizen voting is to REPEAL the NVRA (Motor Voter Act). Once again democrats create the Laws of Unintended Consequences by creating a law that was IMPROPERLY written to allow CITIZENS easier access to register to vote, yet opened up the Pandora’s Box by NOT controlling immigration both illegally and legally.

2. We should start with the criminals first. Then go after the welfare parasites. The productive people and especially in the agricultural areas are low priority. Many of these will ‘get legal’ or go back voluntarily.
3. I agree in principle, but the Anchor Baby nonsense has to be overturned by law. It is a gross misinterpretation of the law.
4. The 14th Amend was to guarantee the rights of people born here as legal residents. Illegal immigrants are here as CRIMINAL INVADERS in DEFIANCE of US jurisdiction and therefor have NO CLAIM under the 14th Amendment. In 1868 most of the Western Indians were NOT “under the jurisdiction of the US”, and many were actively at war with us, so they were not covered. Later, in the 1920’s the 14th amend was applied to ‘Native Americans’ by special law.

6. Agree! Anyone that can not assimilate enough to become a citizen in 10 years should leave.

11. AGREE! The H1b visa is almost a license for an Indentured Servant, which was outlawed in 1867. There are thousands of Americans with excellent tech education that can’t get jobs because of the misuse of H1b!
12. Absolutely and totally AGREE! We should suspend most legal immigration until the immigrants we have are assimilated. National, Ethnic, or Religious groups that DO NOT assimilate should not be considered for immigration or Permanent Resident status.

I think this is an excellent plan. Immigration should fit the needs of the United States and not the “needs” of foreigners or the “Agendas” of crooked and anti-American political manipulators.
