Comey Firing

FBI Director James Comey stepped way out of line back last summer when during a very bitter Presidential Campaign he came out to the Media and spoke about an on-going investigation. After itemizing dozens, even hundreds, of felony violations of National Security Laws by Hillary Clinton and her illegal “home E-mail server”, he said he was “not going to recommend that she be prosecuted for any of that because HE DIDN’T BELIEVE she intended” to endanger National Security with her ‘mistakes’. Typical of current “The Swamp” behavior, he refused to do his duty, usurped powers of another branch, and aided a cover-up of criminal behavior of an Establishment figure. Is this “Democracy”?

There are dozens of things wrong with that, and he should have been removed right then & there. The FBI is a law enforcement agency whose duty is to investigate crimes and turn the evidence over to the proper Prosecutorial authority and THEY decide what to do with it. He itemized dozens of felony Federal Law violations and then made ridiculous excuses for it. Hillary Clinton was briefed on proper Communications Security procedures, and refused to abide by them. It was well known in the Democrat “Inner Circle” that she did that because she was “forced to it” to avoid being subject to Freedom of Information Requests from “the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy” that would “keep her from getting anything done”. Hey, doofus Comey, that is beaucoup “INTENT” right there! Not to mention all the “selling access” for donations to the Clinton Family Foundation. (Used to be called “Bribery”. Hillary can’t help herself, she is an Alinskyite and a knee-jerk sneaky sleazy lawyer, always looking for the “loop-hole”, money, and figuring she can lie her way out of anything if she gets caught.) She was willfully and intentionally breaking the laws, no further “intent” has ever been required to prosecute anyone else, even if they did it unintentionally or accidentally. What is worse, she lied about it at every step of the investigation, and every lie was proven. Failure to report a Security violation is another violation, and lying compounds the felony. If every violation was counted, her prison sentence would be measured in centuries.

Why Comey made the ridiculous excuse for Attorney General Loretta Lynch to not prosecute Hillary is even further “out of line”. Was he being a loyal “Obamunist operative”, or just a media whore in some popularity contest is up to you to decide. In late October, after all the other really bad stuff about Hillary and her campaign kept coming out, he stuck his nose in it again with his Media release of his “report to Congress”. Was he feeling guilty for covering up for her before, realized what a fool he had been, or realized that Trump would win? Any way you look at it, it was highly inappropriate for an FBI Director, and again, he should have been removed. After Trump won, the Lib Dems blamed Comey, not Hillary. After that didn’t work, then the BIG Deal was blaming some collusion between Putin & Trump to “steal” the election. Bull feathers! Look at the election map broken down to counties and Trump won about 80%. Hillary won only in the “Big Cities”. And along the Mexican border and a few “Poverty Pockets”.

Six months after the election, many Dem “leaders “ were still blaming Comey for Hillary losing. He was “incompetent” & “a sell-out to Trump” because they could not find or manufacture any real evidence of any impropriety by Trump or his campaign. Oh, there were dozens of Big Stories pushed by the Media propagandists, but none stood up to any honest investigation. Most were shown to be hoaxes paid for by the Trump haters, both Dem & RINO. But the Lib/Prog Media “Lap-dogs” will not let go of that “bone”, because they have nothing else to chew on.

Trump fired Comey because his legal advisers in the Attorney General’s department told him it was totally out of control. Comey was becoming some kind of Media “Star” or whipping boy, but embarrassing everyone. The firing was way over due. Dems were over joyed at first announcement, but the Media propagandists saw a new opportunity and turned 180 degrees in a couple of hours. Comey was a martyr for the Dems because he “had the goods” on Trump and the Russia connection, had asked for more money to expand the investigation, and Trump fired him to stop the investigation. More lies on top of lies. There was no request for more money, the investigation is turning up nothing on Trump, and firing Comey made Assistant Director Andrew McCabe the Acting Director of the FBI. McCabe is a Democrat operative, bought and paid for by Terry McAuliff, the Clintons, & probably George Soros. His wife was running for office in Virginia and got over a half million dollars “donations” from them. She lost anyway. McCabe is a Trump “enemy”, most probably a “leaker”, and a real danger to his Administration. But Trump fired Comey anyway, knowing McCabe would inherit the Directorship. Why? I think Trump is a pragmatist and a tactician who knows McCabe will give him an excuse to fire him, too.
I really hope there will be an honest neutral Special Investigator appointed to look into the “Trump-Russia connection”. First to shut up all the Democrat whining, but also to investigate all the false accusations, and the real Hillary Campaign connections with Russian oligarchs. There is plenty to prosecute there. But wanting to find out the truth, to try and “plug the holes” in Classified Material that may have been revealed to our enemies is called “Hate Speech” by the Hillaryites and their Media. Well, so be it. I do “hate” treason, incompetence, and lies.

And when the truth about Comey ever comes out, I think the final reason he was finally fired was he was covering up for “leakers”, who asked for certain people to be “unmasked” in NSA investigations, and who in the Obama Admin Administration asked for the “unmasking”. But that is another very serious felonious scandal. Just the last of a long list of why James Comey needed to be removed.

Check the website for ongoing updates and references to sources. I will answer any serious questions or comments, but not “trolls”. Do not feed the trolls.

Pray for Trey Gowdy to be the new FBI Director!

Former FBI Director Robert Mueller has been appointed as “Special Counsel” to investigate the ‘Trump-Russia Connection’ should stop the Lib Dem whining ans endless accusations. So far there has been no proof of any illegality by Trump or any connection by Trump since the 2013 Miss Universe Contest held in Moscow.
Hopefully the investigation will include who is leaking the info feeding the false accusations. Even better, the investigation should include the real financial connections of important people in the Hillary Campaign.
And the real corruption of Hillary using her influence as Secretary of State to get State Dept permission to sell U.S. uranium mines to a Canadian company owned by big Clinton Foundation donors, and their selling the company to a conglomeration of Russian oligarchs with strong connections to Putin. 20% of US Uranium production sold to Russians for $Millions of donations to the Clinton Crime Family Foundation. There is your real “Russia Connection”, flat out BRIBERY to sell Nation Defense strategic materials to what may be a intentional “Straw-man” purchase for re-sale to a “strategic enemy”.
Let’s take a look at that real collusion to get around US law, for massive bribes, and for one of our “most dangerous potential enemies”.

Trey Gowdy has removed himself from consideration as FBI Director. He wants to stay where he is, directing investigations for the House.

On Comey’s Memos:
Comey’s Memos are HIS notes on HIS impressions written at a later time.
Trump may have used bad judgement in defending Kelly to Comey, but that attack on Kelly appeared to be totally politically motivated and basically false at the time.
However, IF Comey ever really thought Trump was trying to use executive influence to kill an investigation into a real security risk or breach, and he did not report it immediately, THAT is a crime and “Obstruction of Justice”. So why did he wait until he was fired?

A little “Blast From the Past”:
http://dailycaller.com/2016/10/17/exclusive-fbi-agents-say-comey-stood-in-the-way-of-clinton-email-investigation/?utm_campaign=atdailycaller&utm_source=Twitter&utm_medium=Social
An article from Oct 17 about FBI agents frustration about Comey blocking real search & seizure of evidence in Hillary’s Email Security violations.
” “This is a textbook case where a grand jury should have convened but was not. That is appalling,” an FBI special agent who has worked public corruption and criminal cases said of the decision. “We talk about it in the office and don’t know how Comey can keep going.”

The agent was also surprised that the bureau did not bother to search Clinton’s house during the investigation.“We didn’t search their house. We always search the house. The search should not just have been for private electronics, which contained classified material, but even for printouts of such material,” he said.

“There should have been a complete search of their residence,” the agent pointed out. “That the FBI did not seize devices is unbelievable. The FBI even seizes devices that have been set on fire.”

He added, “The idea that [the Clinton/e-mail case] didn’t go to a grand jury is ridiculous.”

Something else Special Counsel Mueller needs to look at in considering Comey’s “Memos”. Comey has been a Clinton “sympathizer” and politically corrupted by them for years. A complete time-line of the Clinton-Comey connections is long and very real. Hopefully it will be throughly documented and will prove shocking to most Americans. But it does clarify a lot of suspicious “non-enforcement” by the FBI when it comes to the Clintons. And Obama.

Big Mistake! I wrote “Kelly” when I meant Flynn.
Bad day with the “Eye Doctor”. Retinal specialist, got macular problems plus “some complications” from 4 year old cataract surgery(?). I need to double check my notes. Sorry ’bout that.

Should all top security cleared personnel who were “briefed” (an ambiguous term relating to anything from a memo to actual instructions) who used illegal servers be brought up on charges of willfully breaking the law? Because this goes back a few administrations. Were these people ignorant of how computers and servers worked? Likely. Do we arrest ignorant people for being ignorant? If we did, Longknife Bill would be complaining about the prison system.

As to the legal advisors in the Justice Dept, well that would be Mr. Sessions, a man who had to recuse himself because of his own tainted past. I’m not so sure his advice is the wise voice President Agent Orange should be taking.

Pence has already started picking out new linens for the White House. Republicans can’t back away fast enough. They’ve gone so far to the back of the line they are recommending Joe Leiberman, a Democrat, for a job they’d normally be fighting over.

Regarding the Hillary/Russia/uranium deal, you are using either false or old information. Maybe you saw it on FOX, that’s ok, lots of people eat their dog food. But since then this has been out to rest by many sources as, and I quote, “bordering on the absurd.”

While you were so concerned about the thousands given to Clinton’s foundation, a legal organization that does work for I th ers around the world, you may have missed the money the Russians funneled to Trump to help bail out his casinos. Like a cool $55 million into his personal pocket.

And Trump’s claim of automatically being audited a very year? Many years of tax accounting has shown to me that the only people who have that happen are ones where the IRS finds repeated cheating.

Bill may not be friends with Dan Rather on Facebook so I cut and pasted his post from 5/17. From the writing of Mr. Rather, a man who knows the smell of scandal:

And then the dam broke.

A flood is coming that will shape the future of our Republic in ways no one can predict. Except that the speed with which this has all happened, just over a hundred days into President Donald Trump’s dumpster fire of an administration, means it was all very predictable. And no one who played a role in normalizing this President should be allowed to forget it.

We have news that the Department of Justice, under Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, will appoint a Special Counsel to investigate the Russia interference scandal. Apparently the President was only given a 30 minute heads up, and it came while he was interviewing new heads for the FBI. The Special Counsel will be former FBI Director Robert Mueller. These types of investigations tend to stir up more dirt than anyone thought was there. We will see if that happens now.

The stock market plummets. The White House staff is in chaos. The chorus of Republicans suddenly eager to be on the right side of history gets louder. Most of the time Washington moves in slow motion – except when it doesn’t. And this moment is one of those times. We are living in a news cycle that can be measured in nanoseconds.

And amidst the news, another blockbuster report by the Washington Post. House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy apparently said last June that he thought Putin pays Trump. At which point Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, who was also there, stopped the conversation and swore those who were present to secrecy. When the Post asked about the incident, spokesmen for both representatives denied the story on the record. When they were informed that the Post reporters had heard a tape of the exchange, they changed their tune – saying it was a joke.

What all this makes clear is that the concerns which now threaten the integrity of our government were well known and played for cynical theater. Well, the curtain may be coming down on this act of this tragedy. New actors wait to take the stage for a drama for which the script is yet to be written.

See: https://heatst.com/culture-wars/harvard-study-reveals-huge-extent-of-anti-trump-media-bias/
Harvard, the great bastion of “Liberal Intelligentsia” insanity, Kennedy School’s Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy has admitted that there is a huge Anti-Trump bias in the Media’s “reporting”. NBC and CNN “lead the pack” with 93% negative reporting to 7% positive. Followed by CBS 91/9 negative, NY Times 7/13, & Wa Post 83/17.
The exception is 80% positive news on the missile attack on Syria. (Go figure? Probably a mistake based on bad “intel” and even worse “analysis”. A “story” that quickly disappeared as facts started coming out.)
The complete report: https://shorensteincenter.org/news-coverage-donald-trumps-first-100-days/?utm_source=POLITICO.EU&utm_campaign=ab6d830a9d-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2017_05_19&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_10959edeb5-ab6d830a9d-189799085
Not only is their “reporting” biased, but it is usually based on Anti-Trump “Talking Points”, opinions, rumors, and out-right lies. Most are disproven in a day or two, or “kept alive” by biased reporters demanding Trump supporters to “prove he is innocent”. These are candidates for jobs at the Lubyanka back in the KGB days. American Courts demand the Prosecution prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt, not that the “Accused” must prove “innocence” to every unsubstantiated accusation based on political driven hatred, jealousy, or wishful fantasies.
The Mainstream Media feed on each others’ insinuations, accusations, and outright lies. They generally admit that they make no effort to substantiate their claims, their goal is to get out the ugliest story the fastest for consumption and repetition by the other Anti-Trump copy-cats and for propagandizing the unwary.
Repeating baseless accusations is not evidence, only slander you can blame on “somebody else said it first”.
But the Anti-Trumpers don’t care. The Radical Leftists, RINOs, and the Political Prostitutes hate his Message because it resonates with real middle Americans, so they try to destroy the Messenger because they can’t directly attack the Message. The Messenger may be flawed, but the Message is still true.
I want a complete and honest investigation into all of the accusations. Get past the “smoke and mirrors” generated by all the SwampCritters of all “persuasions”. The treat of “Impeachment” is silly, but I think it would be great; the Lib/Dems would actually have to come up with real EVIDENCE. Evidence based on facts and actual actions that could stand up to serious investigation and cross-examination. Make the “accusers” actually face the accused in a Public Trial. No more of this “Media Revolution of Insinuation” to obstruct and even over-turn an election they don’t like because their “beloved candidate” was a lazy, greedy crook, and it became apparent to many of her “Democrat Voters”.
Hillary lost because Hillary is what she is, and people started to see beyond the empty “Socialist Promises”, and the ‘Reality of Hillary’ is very ugly and frightening to most Americans.

From previous notes & sources:
Clinton-Comey Connections
http://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/262389/comey-clintons-and-clemency-lloyd-billingsley

During the final days of his presidency, Bill Clinton opted to reduce the prison terms of the New Square offenders, and after 9/11 that sparked an investigation. As Anderson notes, “Hillary received an unexpected gift in late June when, without explanation, U.S. Attorney James B. Comey closed the New Square clemency case,

, New Square delivered Hillary’s biggest victory margin of any community in New York state, 1,359 votes to only 10 for her opponent Rick Lazio. (her NY Senate run)

Clinton’s pardon of fugitive Marc Rich also drew an investigation and Andersen finds it odd that the Bush administration would “help the Clinton’s out” by refusing to release documents related to the pardons. And “in accordance with his boss’s wishes, U.S Attorney James Comey gave Bill and Hillary a pass.”

“At Hillary’s urging,” Andersen writes, “the President granted clemency to 16 Puerto Rican terrorists who have been sentenced to prison following a wave of bombings from 1974 to 1983 that took the lives of six Americans and wounded scores of others. Incredibly, the terrorists had not even asked for clemency.” The worst attack was the January 24, 1975 bombing of Fraunces Tavern in Manhattan. The Puerto Rican FALN exploded a bomb during the lunch hour, “hurling body parts into the street and killing four people.”

http://www.esquire.com/news-politics/a51446/what-was-comey-thinking/

Whitewater first brought James Comey into public conflict with Hillary Clinton. He joined the Senate Whitewater Committee as a deputy special counsel. The committee dug dry holes regarding Hillary, but Comey and his colleagues had harsh words for her in 1996. They said that she had mishandled sensitive documents and concluded that while her behavior constituted misconduct, no charges against her could be proved. That was two decades ago. Sound familiar?

http://www.westernjournalism.com/wow-something-from-20-years-ago-is-a-major-clue-about-what-fbi-will-do-to-hillary/

Comey found Hillary Clinton’s conduct unacceptable. Time reports:

In 1996, after months of work, Comey came to some damning conclusions: Hillary Clinton was personally involved in mishandling documents and had ordered others to block investigators as they pursued their case. Worse, her behavior fit into a pattern of concealment: she and her husband had tried to hide their roles in two other matters under investigation by law enforcement.

Taken together, the interference by White House officials, which included destruction of documents, amounted to “far more than just aggressive lawyering or political naiveté,” Comey and his fellow investigators concluded. It constituted “a highly improper pattern of deliberate misconduct.”

But he shut the investigation down and gave her a pass anyway. After drawing it out to 2001.

More notes on Comey Cover-up: http://www.dailywire.com/news/16388/report-comey-plotted-not-recommend-charges-against-aaron-bandler

“The lengthy report featured in The New Yorker portrays Comey as an individual who had a tragic fall from grace in his futile attempt to be the independent man in Washington, D.C. Buried in the piece is this explosive nugget: (The New Yorker is notoriously Pro Lib Dem and insanely Pro-Clinton)

Comey had his own ideas. Unbeknownst to his Justice Department colleagues, Comey had resolved to proceed alone with the announcement. Since May, he had been holding a parallel series of meetings with top F.B.I. confidants to thrash through his plan. He would publicly announce—and explain—the Clinton decision without Lynch at his side. “We had discussions for months about what this looked like,” Michael Steinbach, who retired as the F.B.I.’s executive assistant director for national security in February, 2017, said. “This, for us, was the best course of action, given the political situation that we were in—for us to do it independently.”

As Comey saw it, according to Steinbach and others familiar with his thinking, the public doubted Lynch’s independence and would be less likely to accept the decision if she were involved in announcing it.

Clinton wasn’t interviewed until July 2. That means a couple of months before the subject of the investigation was interviewed, Comey was plotting a course of action to make the decision not to recommend charges against her seem more palatable to the public. It’s clear in the piece that not only was there never any indication that Comey was going to recommend charges against her, but that Comey knew about an email sent by a Democratic operative who believed that Attorney General Loretta Lynch “would protect Clinton.” Comey never raised the issue with Lynch.”
………..

Note: What we have here is The New Yorker admitting that Comey would “dismiss” the case for Lynch, running interference for Lynch and Obama, keeping them from “any Responsibility”. Decided before Hillary was even questioned. She lied about the Confidential Emails, then lied about whether she knew material was confidential, then lied about sending any material that was MARKED Confidential, then lied about not knowing what the Confidential Markings meant.

Anyone that dumb should even be a janitor in the Dept of State. Obvious lies and transparent to anyone with any judgement. But Hillary gets a pass, again.

Military officers get punished for leaving their desk for a minute with Confidential info not locked up, even on secure bases and Naval vessels. But Hillary is sending it on unsecured servers, to Huma Abiden (a known Muslim Brotherhood operative), and to her husband, Anthony (the) Weiner, AKA “Carlos Danger”, known pervert and all-around idiot. Why do they keep insisting that no Prosecutor would prosecute a politician for even something this flagrant? Are all politicians exempt from law and common sense? Or just Democrats? Or just Lib/Prog Dems in The Swamp? Or just “especially Hillary”, the epitome of the Lib/Prog Alinskyite Obamunist “Smartest Woman in the World” Democrat/Socialist President/Designee?

The ” the political situation that we were in—for us to do it independently.”, was saving the Democrat candidate fro going to prison. And “ratting-out” Obama at trial. He knew about the illegal server, had sent emails to it, and he had to be protected, too. Did Comey do this on his own? or was there “back-channel” communication and instructions for him to feed this cockamamie story to the Media Lap-Dogs of “no intent, so I don’t recommend prosecution”? Taking the heat off AG Loretta Lynch? The Laws are there to PROTECT NATIONAL SECURITY, no “intent” is necessary for conviction! In fact, any provable intent would indicate TREASON, not just a National Security violation. Any “Intent” to violate National Security is “Aiding and abetting our enemies” whether as an agent of a foreign power, selling secrets for money, misguided pacifism, or some scheme to overturn or destroy our Constitution and our Constitutional Republic!

As Ben Franklin said, ” … a Republic, if you can keep it.” It is degenerating into a “RICO” run by political oligarchs and their Media propaganda machine.

What this is really admitting is Comey conspired to free Hillary from any responsibility for flagrantly violating National Security. We seriously need to investigate what his “INTENT” was.

Update after article deadline that should kill the whole Trump-Russia story. Wikileaks got their info from a Hillary Campaign insider, not the Russians, like the Dems and the Media want us to believe.
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/05/16/slain-dnc-staffer-had-contact-with-wikileaks-investigator-says.html reported:
“The Democratic National Committee staffer who was gunned down on July 10 on a Washington, D.C., street just steps from his home had leaked thousands of internal emails to WikiLeaks, investigative sources told Fox News.

A federal investigator who reviewed an FBI forensic report — generated within 96 hours after DNC staffer Seth Rich’s murder — detailing the contents Rich’s computer said he made contact with WikiLeaks through Gavin MacFadyen, a now-deceased American investigative reporter, documentary filmmaker, and director of WikiLeaks who was living in London at the time.

The federal investigator, who requested anonymity, said 44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments between Democratic National Committee leaders, spanning from January 2015 through late May 2016, were transferred from Rich to MacFadyen before May 21.

On July 22, just 12 days after Rich was killed, WikiLeaks published internal DNC emails that appeared to show top party officials conspired to stop Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont from becoming the party’s presidential nominee. That controversy resulted in Debbie Wasserman Schultz resigning as DNC chairperson. A number of Sanders supporters refused to back party nominee Hillary Clinton, and some subsequently formed groups to work against Clinton and the party.”

…………………………………………..

This was widely suspected as another “Arkancide” by serious Clinton Watchers. Rich was suspected to be a leaker for Wiki by some Clinton Staffers, but after he was killed, that hushed up in a hurry. Two men shot him to kill him, but didn’t bother to rob him – “Two assailants caught on a grainy video tape from a camera posted outside a grocery mart, shot Rich twice in his back, but did not take his wallet, cell phone, keys, watch or necklace worth about $2,000.” Highly unusual for D.C.

Many details have been known since the murder but not released by the Police or FBI until after James Comey was fired. Most of the info here had been leaked to “The Vast Right-wing Conspiracy” of concerned citizens and Internet news blogs concerned with exposing the corruption in The Swamp, but had been denied or ignored by The Media and any official sources.

Also, this puts the lie to the Hillaryite accusations of “Russian Hacking” being the source of Wikileaks info, and any collusion with the Russians by Trump or any of his people. However, this doesn’t mean that Russians (and everyone else, including some kid & his dog) were not reading all the Emails on Hillary’s unsecured server. But I doubt that these facts will have any effect on stopping the Lib/Prog Big Lie about the nonexistent “Trump-Russia Connection”, after all he had the Miss Universe Pageant in Moscow in 2013, and some rich Russians actually bought some of his neckties!

Sometimes, we must read commentary with an eye toward realism, and sometimes toward theatrical production. I find the previous 5 comments, very much in line with what I consider to be “theatrical” production. Bad theatre, but theatrical none the less. Maybe a dramedy in the making? Oh so many hope so.

Trying again:
More on Seth Rich murder:
http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2017/05/seth-rich-family-detective-rod-wheeler-speaks-police-told-stand-murder-investigation-video/
Seth Rich Family Detective Speaks: Police Were told to Stand Down on Murder Investigation (VIDEO)
On July 8, 2016, 27 year-old Democratic staffer Seth Conrad Rich was murdered in Washington DC. The killer or killers took nothing from their victim, leaving behind his wallet, watch and phone.

Shortly after the killing, Redditors and social media users were pursuing a “lead” saying that Rich was en route to the FBI the morning of his murder, apparently intending to speak to special agents about an “ongoing court case” possibly involving the Clinton family.

Seth Rich’s father Joel told reporters, “If it was a robbery — it failed because he still has his watch, he still has his money — he still has his credit cards, still had his phone so it was a wasted effort except we lost a life.”

The family hired Rod Wheeler to investigate their son’s murder. Wheeler told FOX 5 DC on Monday there is tangible evidence on Rich’s laptop that confirms he was communicating with WikiLeaks prior to his death.

Rod Wheeler spoke with FOX 5 in DC in late March about Seth’s murder.

Wheeler told a reporter on the ground in Washington DC local police were told to stand down on Seth Rich investigation.

Rod Wheeler: The police department nor the FBI haven’t been cooperating at all. I believe that the answer to solving his death lies on that computer which I believe is at the the police department or the FBI.

Reporter: But you have sources at the FBI saying there is information that could link Seth Rich to Wikileaks.

Rod Wheeler: Actually I have a source inside the police department that has looked at me straight in the eye and said Rod we were told to stand down on this case and I can’t share any information with you. That is very unusual for a murder investigation especially from a police department… I do believe there is a correlation between the mayor’s office and the DNC. And that’s the information that will come out tomorrow.
…………
Where is the Lamesteam demands for a complete and honest investigation of this? (Don’t hold your breath!)
This is why I think a Special Investigator is a very good idea. Trying to defend Trump by arguing against the lies is futile. It is so much easier to make up accusations than to try and refute them. Let’s get this into an investigation with subpoena powers!

I’ve got to quit, my computer is going nuts.

http://www.breitbart.com/video/2017/05/20/dershowitz-comey-all-about-preserving-his-reputation-cowardly/

Dershowitz: Comey ‘All About Preserving His Reputation’ – ‘Cowardly’

On Saturday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz stated that former FBI Director James Comey is “all about preserving his reputation” and said Comey is “using his friends to get his point out. It’s cowardly.”

Dershowitz said that he’s always liked Comey, but Comey has been “using his friends to get his point out. It’s cowardly. And I think it’s about time that Comey is confronted directly with cross-examination. He was a great director of the FBI, but when the whole Hillary Clinton thing began, he cared more about his reputation and his dignity than about what was good for America.”

Dershowitz added, “I’d want to find out if he was the source of the leaks of the memo that he was quoted in. Second, I would ask him why he didn’t talk directly, why he’s using his friends. I would go back to his decisions to speak to the public.” He continued that while he disagreed with President Trump’s reported characterization of Comey as a “nutjob,” calling him a “showboat” is “not a bad characterization.”

He further stated Comey’s motives are “all about preserving his reputation above everything else.” Dershowitz further argued that Comey revealed Clinton investigation because thought Clinton was going to win, and he would be faulted by Trump supporters for not revealing the investigation, and so Comey revealed the Clinton investigation to preserve his reputation.

Dershowitz also stated that he believes Trump fired Comey due to Comey’s statement that he felt sick over the prospect that he might have influenced the election.

Dershowitz concluded that the Russia investigation should be handled by an independent commission, not a special counsel, “because I don’t see any crimes. Let’s take the worst-case scenario, let’s assume that Trump–which it didn’t happen–the Trump campaign got together with the Russians and said, let’s make Trump president because he’s better than Hillary Clinton. Terrible politically, what’s the crime? … Or he leaks material–he shouldn’t have–to the Russians about the Israeli spy. Terrible, he shouldn’t have done it. … But there’s no crime.”
…………………
Dershowitz is an uber-liberal Democrat, but he is talking about the legal stand-point.
Dem threats of Impeachment are groundless in law. Hopefully the truth will come out in the Special Investigation and the Leakers, Liars, and Sneaky Back-stabbers will be “outed” and prosecuted if applicable.
The Trump attacks will be proven to be “Much ado about nothing”, and possibly the treat of criminal & civil prosecution will shut-up the worst offenders.
At least Citizens concerned about the truth will have access to the court records and real testimony, not Media lies and spin.

Mr. Bill, I really think you should consider a return to air piracy. The “investigator” hired by the family of the deceased DNC has insisted he is lying and has issued a cease and desist order against him and have demanded a recantation from FOX 5. Republican right wingers who are using his death as political fodder have a special place in hell warming up for them.

Let me provide an update, as I don’t believeyou’ll ever admit to the truth. Here’s the money quote from the article:

” wheeler has since recanted parts of the story, saying he was misquoted and had no direct knowledge of the identity of the federal investigator or the investigations”

Jeff Bezos, owner of Amazon has Big Anti-Trust Problems. He also has billions of “excess dollars” to use in his defence. Bezos is an Uber-Liberal. In addition to hiring platoons of lawyers and lobbyists, he bought the “Washington Post” as his own Propaganda Weapon against Trump and the Federal Court System, as well as anyone else he thinks is a threat to his “Empire”. Bezos isn’t as rapaciously evil and anti-American as George Soros, but he is getting there.
See: http://www.counterpunch.org/2017/02/15/amazon-has-some-serious-anti-trust-issues/ about the Anti-trust issues, Google others, but consider the sources, Bezos has tremendous influence with Liberals and is losing millions in the lawsuits. The “Washington Post” has been increasingly Left wing for over half a century. Bezos figures it is a “good investment”, better than pouring millions into Lobbyists and buying Liberal politicians with “Campaign Contributions”.
The “Carrot” of bribes is good, but backed up by the threat and influence of the WaPo as the “stick” is better.

Rod Wheeler “very carefully” explains his findings in the Seth Rich murder: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CuRJDKEVxHY

Remember that Assage and intermediaries have identified Seth Rich as the “Leaker”. So of course the DNC is going to try and use the Courts to shut up Rod Wheeler or anyone else with info about Hillary’s emails, Seth Rich’s “leaking”, and his very suspicious murder. Especially with the Clinton’s history or similar, very confusing, with no “criminal motive”, suspicious deaths, murders, and “suicides”.
WaPo reported, “A lawyer for the Rich family” has sent a LETTER to Wheeler. There is NO court ORDER. Big difference. Who actually paid for the lawyer, and why?
WaPo is trying to ‘spin’ doubt about what Rod Wheeler has uncovered, trying to “fool the unwary” and create lies to protect Hillary & the DNC. Obviously it is working with some people.
Don’t be fooled. Read carefully. Trolls will grossly “mis-quote” an article and then give it as a “source”.
Proving again that you can not trust Liberals when they are defending their “heroes” or their Agenda. Or trust their “known Liberal” sources.

“No Good Reason?”
http://dailycaller.com/2017/05/20/obama-holdouts-in-trump-administration-hiding-hillary-emails-for-years-video/
“Judicial Watch’s President Tom Fitton is astounded: The Trump officials he finds working on Freedom of Information cases he files are still, typically, Obama holdovers.

Those holdovers, he told The Daily Caller News Foundation, are telling Judicial Watch it will be years before it can get former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails. “Frankly,” Fitton told TheDCNF, “we should be waiting just a few months for them to get their act together.”

Trump should take the point of view that the government belongs to Americans– and its agencies need to tell the people what they are up to, Fitton said. “If there is no good reason for withholding information, give it to them and give it to them quickly.”

Anonymous post attributed to Kim Dot.com:

“Anons, I work in D.C.

I know for certain that the Seth Rich case has scared the shit out of certain high ranking current and former Democratic Party officials.

This is the reason why they have backed away from impeachment talk. They know the smoking gun is out there, and they’re terrified you will find it, because when you do it will bring the entire DNC, along with a couple of very big name politicians.

It appears that certain DNC thugs were not thorough enough when it came time to cover their tracks. Podesta saying he wanted to “make an example of the leaker” is a huge smoking gun.”

And was followed by:
“The behavior is near open panic. To even mention this name in D.C. Circles [sic] will bring you under automatic scrutiny. To even admit that you have knowledge of this story puts you in immediate danger.

If there was no smoke there would be no fire. I have never, in my 20 years of working in D.C. Seen [sic] such a panicked reaction from anyone.

I have strong reason to believe that the smoking gun in this case is out o [sic] the hands of the conspirators, and will be discovered by anon. I know for certain that Podesta is deeply concerned. He’s been receiving anonymous calls and emails from people saying they know the truth. Same with Hillary.”

DNC Affiliates Increase Involvement In Seth Rich Case After Wheeler Claims

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-05-22/dnc-affiliates-increase-involvement-seth-rich-case-after-wheeler-claims

Too long and complex to copy paste. Read Carefully.
Major points:
I. Legal Representatives And Spokespeople For Rich Family Have Ties To DNC, Crime Connected Unions
II. Rich Family’s Statements To The Public Are Inconsistent With Those Of Their Representatives
III. The Investigation Into Rich’s Murder Has Been Marked By Incompetence

My opinion is:
I. Typical Clintonista “Damage Control”- obscure with lawyers & Media, use all available Political Influence, and threaten or bribe anyone involved.
II. The “Family” has been controlled by the Clintonistas, now are starting to rebel and seek the truth.
III. A major cover-up obscured and concealed in a facade of “Incompetence”! This is so typical of any “investigation” into anything involving the Clintons! Or the Obamunists & the DNC now.
All of the above are typical of “Arkancides”. If this gets traction, will Podesta get “thrown under the bus” to protect Hillary giving the order, and even Obama for “after the fact” involvement?

I was having computer problems Saturday and two Comment I sent did not post. The First would have been #12:

The second one that failed was #13:

The “Incompetence” and failure of the Seth Rich murder investigation, his links to Assange & Wikilinks, and Kim Dotcom’s involvement and promised statement are getting some traction.
They were reported by Drudge and ZeroHedge this morning with reference to or screen-shots from The Gateway Pundits updating coverage.
This may “pull the plug” on the Clinton-Obama-DNC side of the swamp! The Special Investigation” needs to look at the whole Big Picture of the falsifier “Trump-Russia Connection” and see who was feeding it with false info and why.But especially the “WHOs”! And Who has been “leaking” all the info from the White House. Much of it false, taken out of context, spun, or exagerations of private unofficial comments.

Speaking of False Accusations and Lies, the Lib/Prog
News Media is filled with “Arabs give $100 Million to Ivanka’s Women Entrepreneur Fund”, and how unethical it is, much worse than the Clinton Crime Family Foundation.
I’m somewhat surprised that “our resident Troll” hasn’t posted that yet.
Facts are Ivanka only proposed it to the World Bank, they established it and run it. Ivanka is only trying to “popularize” it and has no official capacity.
But accusations are more important than truth when it comes to anything Trump. The really funny thing to me is Ivanka and her husband are more traditional New York “Liberals” than anything else. But “Modern Lib/Progs” hate anyone that doesn’t their entire Agenda without the slightest question or reservation. They would burn John F. Kennedy at the stake for even mentioning “Patriotism”. That is how far Radical Left the “Democrat Party” has gone since I graduated from high school. Kim Dotcoms statement released today:
“I KNOW THAT SETH RICH WAS INVOLVED IN THE DNC LEAK.

I know this because in late 2014 a person contacted me about helping me to start a branch of the Internet Party in the United States. He called himself Panda. I now know that Panda was Seth Rich.

Panda advised me that he was working on voter analytics tools and other technologies that the Internet Party may find helpful.

I communicated with Panda on a number of topics including corruption and the influence of corporate money in politics.

“He wanted to change that from the inside.”
I was referring to what I knew when I did an interview with Bloomberg in New Zealand in May 2015. In that interview I hinted that Julian Assange and Wikileaks would release information about Hillary Clinton in the upcoming election.

The Rich family has reached out to me to ask that I be sensitive to their loss in my public comments. That request is entirely reasonable.

I have consulted with my lawyers. I accept that my full statement should be provided to the authorities and I am prepared to do that so that there can be a full investigation. My lawyers will speak with the authorities regarding the proper process.

If my evidence is required to be given in the United States I would be prepared to do so if appropriate arrangements are made. I would need a guarantee from Special Counsel Mueller, on behalf of the United States, of safe passage from New Zealand to the United States and back. In the coming days we will be communicating with the appropriate authorities to make the necessary arrangements. In the meantime, I will make no further comment.

STATEMENT FROM
KIM DOTCOM
From: http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2017/05/breaking-internet-hacker-kim-dot-com-releases-documents-seth-rich-leaked-podesta-wikileaks-emails/
……………………
Will the MSM report on this? Honestly??
Will Mueller call him to testify and provide security?
His evidence should greatly change the “investigation” into the ‘Russian Connection’, into a murder investigation and investigating the cover-up of the murder and the Media’s willing participation in smearing Trump, and even the Russians, because the Dems needed a scapegoat for Hillary losing so badly.
Also the FBI seemed to be somewhat in cooperation in suppressing evidence that it was a “Leak” rather than a “hack”, and James Comey most probably was a part of that conspiracy to try and shift the blame of the Emails being revealed from Russia & Trump top to a DNC ‘Leaker”. One who was ‘leaking’ because he was a Patriotic American over being a DNC employee.
And he died for it.

If the Kim Dotcom story is proven true:
President Trump should award Seth Rich the Presidential Medal of Freedom posthumously and ask Congress to award him the Congressional Gold Medal.

Kim Dot.com should also be considered for an award.

Barack Obama gave these things away like party favors to his friends and supporters. And Big Dem Party contributors. Shamelessly & for nothing to do with “freedom”. The list is sickening.

Curiouser and Curiouser.
Fox has quietly retracted its story on the Seth Rich murder and the Rod Wheeler investigation. Also reports nothing on the Kim Dotcom Statement. I didn’t find it on Fox, but it was reported by Daily Caller and I did find the retraction buried in their “Crime” section.
The Kim Dotcom Statement is being covered by The Gateway Pundit and reported by Drudge and Breitbart.

Daily Caller http://dailycaller.com/2017/05/23/fox-news-retracts-seth-rich-story/ included a statement allegedly from Seth Rich’s family that stated:
A statement from Rich’s family thanked Fox for doing the right thing and retracting the story.
“The family would like to thank Fox News for their retraction on a story that has caused deep pain and anguish to the family and has done harm to Seth Rich’s legacy,” the family’s statement read. “We are hopeful that in the future Fox News will work with the family to ensure the highest degree of professionalism and scrutiny is followed so that only accurate facts are reported surrounding the case.”

However, the Current Fox statement http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/05/23/statement-on-coverage-seth-rich-murder-investigation.html does not include that. ???

I wonder who is “the representative of the family” informing Fox? I saw some internet reporting that it was Donna Brazile but disregarded it and didn’t save the link.

Coupled with former CIA Director Brannon’s reported admissions “there is no credible link for the Trump-Russia accusations”, I find this very curious. I need to read more on Brannon’s testimony.
This is more of a Media “taffy-pull” than a news investigation. I expect that & “the spin” from the Lib/Prog Propaganda Machine, they have much time and effort in the “Russia Connection” to give it up. But not Fox. Fox is losing credibility quickly.

It is called the Bauman Foundation and on the Board of Directors sits David Brock, a self-loving, narcissistic, ego-maniac who has made a career of attacking people on both sides of the aisles, but since 1997 has aligned himself with the Clintons, Soros, and the ravenous, illiberal left. He is the founder of Media Matters for America, Correct the Record, and Shareblue. Brock is known for his use of “censorship” and “online harassment”.

Disobedient Media reports:

Disobedient Media has previously reported that Brock and his affiliated organizations have ties to the Chinese government, foreign special interests and organized crime. Brock’s ties to foreign interests may mean that he is in violation of the Foreign Agent Registration Act, 22 U.S.C. § 614.

Brock’s organizations have been active in harassing and attacking journalists looking into the Seth Rich story. Affiliates of Brock have taken to Change.org to attack companies advertising with Fox 5 DC. The boycott campaign is organized by Karl Frisch, a former senior fellow at propaganda group Media Matters for America who spent his time at the organization helping develop “long-term strategy to target Fox News as a political actor.” Media Matters has also targeted Fox News anchor Sean Hannity for discussing the case.

David Brock’s personal involvement with Brad Bauman only serves to intensify speculation about political interference in attempts to uncover answers concerning the death of Seth Rich. Disobedient Mediahas previously noted an August 2016 tweet from Wikileaks which revealed that Bauman is a crisis public relations consultant working with the Pastorum Group. A media release from the Pastorum Group reveals that Bauman previously worked for the DNC and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). The SEIU is the client of a group founded by Democratic operative Robert Creamer. In 2016, Creamer was implicated in footage obtained by journalist James O’Keefe which revealed that Creamer was engaging in voting fraud and violent disruption of political events, sometimes using his connections to unions who were as clients of his. Legal representatives sending cease and desist letters on behalf of the Rich family also have ties to the law firm at the center of the Whitewater controversy.

Brad Bauman has in the past week insisted that anyone who continued to push the story either had a “transparent political agenda,” or were a sociopath. But given the intense attacks which organizations tied to David Brock have engaged in against any journalists discussing the Rich case, Brock’s connections to Bauman intensifies questions about whether or not the DNC has become involved in the Seth Rich case out ulterior motives.

Update: we just noticed that an affiliate of the Open Society Institute is also on the Bauman Foundation board

Sound familiar?
The question is who would object to a Special Prosecutor investigating this very probable source of the Hillary Emails being revealed to Wikileaks?
But it is not Trump, and not even the “Russians”. Don’t they want the murder of Seth Rich solved?

Mr. Brayshaw:
I have been trying to keep up with the news on the murder of Seth Rich and I appreciate all the time and research you are doing on this and updating it here. It is obvious that you believe, as do I, that he was killed for exposing what was/is going on in the DNC, but at least you have websites to back up what you are writing. I just found another site saying how much his parents want to find out what really happened to him, but then the next thing I read, they say they don’t want to hear any of the information that is coming out about it, somehow calling it all conspiracy theories. Another of the commenters on here seems to agree. I don’t understand that. If the truth comes out, but it is not what you want to hear, does it all of a sudden become a lie? Personally, I think his family has either been paid to say what they are now saying or have been threatened, but anyone who is trying to find out what really happened to this young man is not in any way shape or form degrading his name, harming his legacy or whatever else everyone keeps harping on. In today’s climate, anyone who has the integrity and courage to stand up against what they think is wrong, and try to expose it, is a hero in my book. I would think THAT would be a pretty good legacy to leave. Thank you for keeping us up to date on this.

Thank you, Karla,
There seems to have been some confusion in the reports I’m finding about the Jack Burkman Investigation. Whether he and his Profiling Project investigative team were hired by Bauman, the Rich family, the DNC, or someone else. Also “info” I read gave me a very negative opinion that now appears to be wrong.

Today World Net Daily has a report: http://www.wnd.com/2017/05/gop-lobbyist-cops-hid-evidence-halted-seth-rich-probe/

Burkman is actively pursuing his investigation,
“The police have shut down all full operations,” Burkman told WND. “The police are not cooperating with us or anyone, which is sad. This has become a very systematic and deliberate effort by the D.C. police and the mayor to end the Seth Rich investigation,”

As WND reported, a manager at Lou’s City Bar, the last known location Rich was seen before his murder, claims police never interviewed the bar’s staff or requested evidence from the establishment.
“We believe there is additional security footage that we need to see,” Burkman said. “There is other video that the police have that we need to see. We need ballistics from them – we need a lot from them. We think the police are now deliberately concealing an awful lot of stuff in an effort to shut this investigation down. I have been very patient and favorable to the D.C. police, but it’s time to shine the light on what they’re doing.”
Burkman said he believes there is a political motive behind the suspension of the investigation, and he claims law-enforcement authorities are colluding with D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser.
After Burkman and his team conducted thorough research and reviewed the only video police released of the shooting, he said, it became clear to him that the shooting wasn’t motivated by a robbery.

“We’ve done investigations that really prove this was not a robbery,” Burkman said. “I took one look at that video, and I knew that the police story that this was a robbery gone awry was nonsense. I mean, my God, he was shot twice in the back and nothing was taken. The police hypothesis is just ridiculous! It’s beyond silly.”

Burkman said the Democratic National Committee has also stopped cooperating with his team, and he believes the DNC wants to shut down all investigations.
“It’s becoming increasingly clear that the DNC wants this thing shut down,” Burkman charged. “They’re not comfortable with it at all. They’re probably in debt to the D.C. police on this. They want this whole thing suffocated.”

Burkman also claims he’s been the target of personal attacks from the Rich family spokesman, Brad Bauman, who is also a professional Democratic crisis public-relations consultant. Bauman denies that the DNC hired him to represent the Rich family.

“Bauman is attacking me, attacking me, attacking me,” Burkman said. “If he doesn’t stop, we’re going to serve him with a cease-and-desist letter or consider a suit for slander and defamation because he just won’t stop. There’s no reason for him to be calling me names. That’s not his job. He’s a spokesman for the family – we’re just trying to investigate. He wants to make this partisan.”

Burkman has repeatedly made allegations that the Russians are tied to Rich’s murder. He has claimed a former U.S. intel officer told him the Russians killed the DNC staffer after he learned the Russians had hacked the DNC. Burkman has asked Congress to investigate.

Burkman has posted billboards and ads around D.C. asking, “Do you know who murdered Seth Rich?” The signs offer a $130,000 reward, which includes the $105,000 offered by Burkman.

(Bunkman) also made a public call for others to offer reward money for information leading to the arrest of Rich’s killers. He’s urged the DNC, RNC and Fox News’ Sean Hannity to contribute.

“We’re calling on today the RNC, the DNC and Sean Hannity – three entities that are far richer than I could be in a hundred lifetimes – to put money in there,” Burkman said. “I say to Sean Hannity, quit talking and start spending.

“And the DNC, my goodness, it’s one of yours! It’s one of your own. I have no idea why they haven’t offered a reward, and I think it’s suspicious. But hey, I also call upon the RNC. This is a bipartisan thing.”
………………
This guy is beating the bushes, and shaking the trees, and he might actually get some leads to the killers and leads on why the DC police were so “incompetent” in their investigation.
Whoever killed Seth Rich needs to be exposed and prosecuted, also if there was any cover-up.
At least this guy appears to be really trying.

Also there was a short statement: “Judicial Watch has filed Freedom of Information Act requests with the police department and the mayor’s office, as well as a request with the FBI.”
Hopefully if serious people get to pushing this, some justice may be found yet.

The underlying assumption being that his parents don’t want that same end? They just don’t want nasty old kooks using it as a political hockey puck.

To be clear there is no evidence, only conjecture, that Seth Rich died in any way other than how DC police have said. Anything else is a fairy tale at this point.

But keep flapping those wings, Bill, because your altitude is still low.

Our Congressman Blake Farenthold courageously came out yesterday for a Special Prosecutor to investigate the Seth Rich murder. There are too many conflicting stories and he stressed, if the Russians were involved, we need to know.
CNN cut him off when he questioned the other reports:
Rep. Blake Farenthold, R-Texas, told CNN Wednesday: “My fear is our constant focusing on the Russians is deflecting away from some other things that we need to be investigating. There’s still some question as to whether the intrusion of the DNC server was an insider job or whether or not it was the Russians.”

CNN reporters quickly cut the congressman off.

“I’m sorry, I’m sorry, the ‘insider job’ – what are you referring to here?” asked CNN’s John Berman.

“There’s stuff circulating on the Internet. My question is, why …” the congressman continued, but he was again cut off by Berman.

“What’s circulating on the Internet that you think is worthy of a congressional investigation? Because the D.C. police are investigating this, and so far they haven’t said there’s anything there” to suggest any DNC-link to Rich’s murder, Berman demanded.

The fourth-term congressman noted that the DNC denied the FBI’s “multiple requests” to examine the hacked computers. Instead, the DNC hired a third party organization, CrowdStrike, to perform an analysis.

“We’re relying only on the report of somebody that the DNC contracted to examine their computer rather than having federal officials [examine them],” Farenthold told CNN. “To me, we need to let the feds look at it.”

What is so horrible about, “To me, we need to let the feds look at it.” The DNC wants them to look at everything else, why not a very suspicious murder of an important IT guy?

Well, it looks like the Congressman representing our district here in Texas, Blake Farenthold, has decided the murder of Seth Rich needs investigating. Since the left says there is no evidence at all in this case, and now they are seeing Russians under every doormat, it does seem like a good idea to find out what in heck really got this man killed. I saw today where his father said, “If it was a robbery — it failed because he still has his watch, he still has his money — he still has his credit cards, still had his phone so it was a wasted effort except we lost a life.”
http://www.3newsnow.com/news/local-news/parents-of-seth-rich-saddened-by-murder-of-son

If the Russians really ‘didn’t do it’, I am sure that his family, like the rest of us now, would like to find out who did, so we can put this issue to rest along with this man’s memory and his parent’s piece of mind.

Karla,
Thank you for the link to an ORIGINAL SOURCE.
Any logical person would expect the family of a murdered person to seek justice and want the murderers caught.
Also it is illogical for robbers to just kill their victim on first contact and “for no reason”. Why escalate the crime from simple robbery to murder? Nothing about this crime really fits the “Story” pushed by the MSM. No robber is going to pass up the $2000 necklace, expensive watch, wallet, money, credit cards, & cell phone. As an IT guy, he probably had top of the line.
It is suspicious that British news sources tell us the family wants the murderers brought to justice & for the investigation to go on and deepen, but the MSM Lap-dogs keep harping on “leave it alone”, and somehow it is “Disrespecting the deceased” to fully investigate his murder. (???) How can it possibly be “disrespecting” Seth? He has already suffered the ultimate “disrespect” – murdered! The only logical, and to most people obvious, reason to quash the investigation is there is something very bad or very important that the Media does not want to come out. Whether it was the DNC, Hillary’s cabal, the Russians, or some psychopathic gang-bangers on a “kill a Honky/Gringo/Kafir Thrill-Kill mission”, the truth needs to come out.Especially under the circumstances of the victim.
It is totally illogical to ignore witnesses that claim first hand knowledge of Seth to be a “leaker”, and an “Internet Party” ‘guerilla’ as code-named “Panda”. You would think that his DNC employers would want the investigation complete and through to put to rest the “Rumors of Conspiracy Theories”, if there was no criminal conspiracies. Was he part of, or sympathetic to the “Internet Resistance” to the Globalist/Corporate/Bankster/Military-Industrial Complex, the Soros-type Oligarchs taking over the Dems, and the RINOs controlling the GOP? Seth was a very smart IT guy and an “insider” at the DNC, privy to many “secrets”; and having access to others beyond his ‘official permission’, I’m sure. Who knows what he may have discovered, and his reaction to it?
Many people dislike and fear Julian Assange, and Kim Dotcom may be even less of a “Sympathetic figure”, but they and the others that have (or claim) first-hand knowledge need to be thoroughly checked out. In any serious criminal investigation witnesses are a priority, and they are very serious witnesses to Motive, practically “iron-clad” if their testimony proves true. The Dems seem to desperately fear any investigation in this direction, and THAT causes deep suspicion in any logical person’s mind.
A through and honest investigation may bring the guilty to justice, and should certainly clear the innocent of any “Conspiracy Theories”. And also possibly reveal any conspiracy of “criminal leaking” by any and all parties.
Political “Whistle-blowing” is good, but leaking of National Security and criminal investigation material is a crime and should be punished severely to stop it.
The Libtard and Lap-dog resistance to honest investigation CREATES the so-called “Conspiracy Theories” that often prove out to way more than “theories”.

Slightly off topic, but since I have pointed out that “Liberalism as practiced today is a mental disease, and left unchallenged and untreated can be fatal”, I’m including this: http://www.allenbwest.com/allen/just-heard-confirms-post-modern-liberal-progressivism-mental-condition
Classical and traditional “Liberalism” has been inverted, perverted, “interpreted” and “changed”
into an insane form of mental slavery.
I wholeheartedly agree with Col. Allen West, and have hoped from the campaign that he is given a position in the Trump administration.

There is another thing that is “highly suspicious” of the Media treatment of the Seth Rich murder.
Except for a few blurbs at first, there has been none of the Lap-dogs 24/7 howl for more Gun Control following that murder!
“Aw, gee! Botched robbery, drunk white guy shot twice and killed.”, seems to be the MSM attitude, and it does NOT fit. Doesn’t pass the “Smell Test” at all!
But doubly so in this case, the big difference is “the white guy” was a DNC staffer, a high tech IT guy, and an important person on their team. Normally there would have been a super “State Funeral” for a Democrat ‘worker bee’ that was murdered, especially in an up-scale area of DC, a city with some of the most draconian gun laws in the nation, even after the NRA took them to the Supreme Court and won.
The odor of “Swamp Rat” is strong in this one. Just another reason that feeds the suspicion that the Media’s “Conspiracy Theories” aren’t just “theories”.

The Gateway Pundit reports reward for Seth Rich killers now $245,000: http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2017/05/breaking-oan-offers-250000-information-seth-rich-murder-total-reward-395000/
The Metropolitan (DC) police posted a reward for information on Rich’s murder. ($25,000)
In August Wikileaks offered a $20,000 reward for information on the murder of DNC staffer Seth rich.
** On Friday American businessman Martin Shkreli offered $100,000 reward for information on Seth Rich’s murder.
Now this…
** OAN offered $100,000 reward for information on Seth Rich’s murder.
This report says OAN offered $250,000 but it cannot be verified.
That brings the total up to at $245,000 in cash reward for information on Seth Rich’s murder.
………………………
That kind of money is going to get someone to come forward. Probably some crazies and con-artists, but the cops can separate those out. Also Jack Bunkman is offering a reward, but that probably includes some of the previously mentioned. How much Bunkman himself is adding to the pot is not clear.

So, you are a member of the Media, in the sense that you disseminate information in the form of a printed publication. How would you rate your trustworthiness, and your journalistic abilities to test what you read for truth? Should readers believe everything you are disseminating from these alternative news sources as fact?

OHMYGOD, Kim Dotcom is a Man? A fat man? A really really fat man? And not even an American but born Kim Schmitz in Germany? He’s been convicted of selling stolen identities and is fighting extradition to the US for money laundering? Oh wait, here’s something he’s actually achieved, at age 38 he was the worlds #1 player of the online video game, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Not quite the same as really reporting for military duty, is it? But in this age of fake news, what’s a little fake war between friends?

Surely nothing like what you faced in Vietnam. But that no longer matters when we elevate the fake heroes over the real ones.

From your comment #14 above,
“The Laws are there to PROTECT NATIONAL SECURITY, no “intent” is necessary for conviction! In fact, any provable intent would indicate TREASON, not just a National Security violation. Any “Intent” to violate National Security is “Aiding and abetting our enemies” whether as an agent of a foreign power, selling secrets for money, misguided pacifism, or some scheme to overturn or destroy our Constitution and our Constitutional Republic!”

Here’s what I don’t get about Trump. He’s more Democrat than Republican in his history, yet converts, says some words that people believe, and the next think you know he’s taken over the Republican Party. And there are many Republican sheeple who are blindly and stupidly doubling down on a deuce that can’t pay out. He said “drain the swamp” and brings in more frogs. He seeks ethicds waivers for his staff because they want to keep lobbying for their former employers. He loves Russia, loves Putin, hardly a Republican sentiment, and as a friendly gesture wants to give them back the properties taken when it was discovered they were meddling with the election (a very nice Thank You, indeed). When he needs someone for a job, Republicans are all taking a big step backwards, because they realize it’s a no-win situation career-wise. He’s going to clean up the mess, yet can’t get a single bill passed in a Republican Senate. Because he’s not really a Republican. He’s not even a Capitalist. He wants laws that favor himself over an open and free marketplace. He’s a Trumpist. He believes in himself. I think there’s some people who get that.

Ahhh, living in the Time of Trump. I’m going to have a large cup of Cavfefe and write a memoir for my grandchildren about just how crazy people got about this large handed, pussy grabbing man.
