I am sure you are preparing for Easter Sunday. Today I am at the “Senior Retreat” at Camp Zephyr with several of our church’s senior adults. I will tell you all about the camp next month.

The children will have their annual EASTER EGG HUNT on Saturday, March 31 at 2:00 p.m. at Fellowship Hall. There will be special places for each group to hunt their eggs. Children, bring your baskets and find the special eggs for an exciting prize!

The 2018 Port O’Connor EASTER SUNRISE SERVICE will be held at the pavilion on the breach front on Easter Sunday morning,, April 1. Bro. Donnie Martin will welcome everyone and lead the opening prayer and read the Easter Bible Scripture. The Acappela Choir of First Baptist Church will sing an Easter Hymn and the Congregation will sing Easer Hymns led by Music Director Raymond Grant. Bro. Erny McDonough, Pastor of Fisherman’s Chapel, will deliver the Easter Sermon and give the Benediction.

Everyone is welcome to stay and enjoy the hot coffee and cinnamon rolls furnished by Cathy’s Restaurant and Fisherman’s Chapel.
