Census and the Citizenship Question

A Majority of American Citizens want a question on the 2020 Census that will show how many of the people here in the USA are actually Citizens, and hopefully break down the Non-Citizens present into various classes: Legal Permanent Residents (Immigrants), “Refugees” (Temporary and “permanent?”), Temporary Employment Visas, Student Visa, and other Temporary Visas. Also to count the “Undocumented” (Illegal Immigrants/Criminal Invaders) and the millions of Visa ‘Over-stays’- the millions of people that came here on a legal visa, but did not leave, and did/could not qualify for extension or Permanent Residency. And the millions of backlog of Illegals of all classes that have had their hearing, lost their case, and been ordered deported. Polls show 72% of all American Voters want it, including 55% of Hispanics, 59% of Blacks, and 63% of Registered Democrats.

There have been numerous lawsuits brought by Special Interests and Socialist Politicians, with false decisions by activist Judges. There has been much “disinformation”, outright lies, and political propaganda by the “Media”. All of that cheapens the value of Citizenship and infringes on the Lawful Rights and Privileges of our Citizens. OPINION: I believe it is now clear, these “Legalistic” perversions of the Intent of the Constitution by “Activist Progressive Judges” begs a comprehensive Lawsuit in SCOTUS to determine several things regarding Citizenship:

1. The Original meaning of “natural born Citizen”.

2. At what point does the 14th Amendment “under US Jurisdiction” take place? – I say with Permanent Residence, lesser Temp Visas and foreign passport proves foreign jurisdiction in citizenship issues. If the person is traveling here under a foreign passport, he/she is clearly under the Citizenship Jurisdiction of that country. Many rich women from other countries, including “enemies”, come here to have their children on a Tourist Visa, to gain the false “Anchor Baby Status”, if they ever want it or need it.

3. Re: 14th Amend gives no claim to citizenship to a child born to Criminal Invader/Illegal Alien mother. NONE! They are here in DEFIANCE of US Jurisdiction! It also protects the mother, father, and siblings from deportation under current court rulings, and makes the entire family eligible for Welfare. Rewarding criminality is wrong, period.

4. It is important to the value of Rights for Citizens for non-citizens in this country to be accurately tracked, and laws enforced! Not just endless ‘hearings’ and release into the General Population. Also provide the time and opportunity for the “Anchor-Baby Strategy” which is widely used.

5. Non-citizens should not be eligible for any Welfare, except programs specifically designated and funded for them by Congress. And must be renewed ever two years or lapse. We have many poor, injured, and financially disadvantaged of our own, often because of military service, work accidents, or previous govt mismanagement. These Citizens must be taken care of FIRST! We must not let our Welfare be robbed by foreign opportunists, brought here by those with Anti-American political aspirations.

6. Apportionment of Representatives to Congress is to be determined by the number of CITIZENS in the Districts. Or alternatively including the number of ‘Permanent Residents with the Declared Intent to become Citizens’. In no cases should any Temp Visas, questionable status, or Illegal Aliens be included for Apportionment of Representatives.

It is not the “Fault” of the Constitution that these questions are now raised, but the “perversion of the Original INTENT” by special interests. They are intentionally destroying the value of Citizenship to create Politically Weaponized Parasites, to destroy our Constitutional Democracy by Vote Fraud in the guise of “democracy”. The Progressive Marxists don’t care if these ‘migrants & refugees’ ever assimilate, or even make any effort to become Americans, they just want them to Vote Socialist. It is a Political by Power-Mongers. The New Democrat Plantation.
And the chosen Politically Weaponized Parasite Pawns are from countries with a long history of Oppressive Regimes and Socialist Revolution. Many of the young men are criminals and gang-bangers, inured to violence, and will take up arms against American Citizens at any opportunity. The new Dem-Soc Globalist-Socialists need “Stormtroopers”, and their Snowflake followers will not serve for that. But these “new Migrants” will, as the new Marxist “cannon-fodder”. Nancy Pelosi is just thrilled. There will be a huge backlash from the Media Propaganda machine because Trump has found another way to tell America the truth about the number of foreigners in America already, and most are not like previous immigrants, at all.
