Hi, everyone; my goodness, I’m sure you, as everyone else, are ready to get life back to a somewhat normal agenda. This virus has certainly changed the way we live; it’s a very trying time. Such a sad time when we can’t hug our family and friends or even visit with them. I do not know about you, but I have always taken these things for granted. Such a relief to see some little things returning to a some what normal way of life.

I do not know of much to write. The Memorial Day Kid’s Fishing Tournament, along with the Kite Contest has been cancelled and will be held over Labor Day weekend. Also, as of now, not sure about the July 4th Fireworks Display, this will be decided at the May Chamber of Commerce meeting. Please do not hesitate calling the Chamber for any information you may need. We are here for you. If you have not driven by King Fisher Beach, you will be surprised when you do. King Fisher Beach is totally transformed. The dredge company has been pumping sand for a couple weeks, I feel by the time this paper is published, the work will be finished.
