Boat Parade – Best Overall

The evening of December 5th, the Port O’Connor Chamber of Commerce hosted the annual Port O Connor Lighted Boat Parade. The Lighted Boat Parade in addition with the Toy Run marks the beginning of the Christmas season for many in Port O Connor.

Twenty three boats formed the esprit de corps this year. . . Captains and elves crafted a nautical display of lights, laughter, and cheer as they navigated the ICW. A huge Thank You to all that participated, including the Coast Guard crew who graciously led the boats through the ICW.

Designation of awards this year was exceptionally difficult. All entries displayed extraordinary creativity. Recipients of this year’s awards are listed as follows.

Most Spirited- Bayou Pirates
Most Unique- Chris Wolf
Best Large Pleasure- Team El Jugador
Beat Medium Pleasure- Jeff Naylor
Best Small pleasure – Team Julie Ann
