Francis Viet Quco Nguyen (Francis Xavier), 36, of Seadrift passed away April 23, 2021. He was born at Houma, LA on February 12, 1985 to The Vant and Lisa Xavier Nguyen. Francis loved taking on new adventures and traveling to new places and trying new foods. He enjoyed snowboarding with his family and friends and especially loved spending time with his family and being an uncle to his three nephews.

He is survived by his parents, girlfriend Jeanie Phan; sister, Mimi Nguyen and her husband, Ryan Abraham, and his godson, Eli Abraham; sister, Vivian Nguyen and her husband, Derek Zarate and their sons, Gayn and Drew Zarate, and brother, Josh Nguyen.

Funeral Mass was held Saturday, May 1st, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Seadrift with Father Son officiating. Burial followed at Seadrift Cemetery.
