Freya Hoffmeister, a German business owner and endurance athlete stopped in Port O’Connor recently and was hosted by POC locals during her expedition to paddle around the North American continent. This will be Freya’s third continent (Australia, New Zealand & South America). She continued her journey March 16 , heading north across Matagorda Bay.
