The POC Community Garden Club is excited to share that we recently added a tool shed to the garden! This new addition provides a dedicated space to store all of our gardening tools and supplies, helping us stay organized and making it much easier to access everything we need for maintaining the garden. With everything in one convenient location, our volunteers can work more efficiently and spend more time enjoying the garden itself. We’re grateful for this improvement and look forward to an even more productive and enjoyable gardening season.
Our furry friends love the garden almost as much as we do! The fruits of our labor are truly beautiful—thanks to the care and dedication of individual gardeners and groups alike.
Recently, the POC Community Garden had a few sneaky visits from deer, but Deer Out seems to be working well to keep them at bay. In fact, it worked so well that some gardeners were interested in trying a similar product for rabbits. That led us to Rabbit Out—a safe, natural option for deterring rabbits.
Volunteers have kindly offered to spray the base and perimeter of beds for anyone experiencing rabbit trouble. We’re grateful for all the cooperation, time, and advice shared among our wonderful gardening community. It’s what makes this space thrive—plants and people!
