Mr. Reynaldo “Ray” Madrigal was sworn in as Seadrift City Judge on March 4. A retired photographer from Corpus Christi, Judge Madrigal has a degree in Criminal Justice from A&M. Marilyn Dufner holds the position of Municipal Court Clerk.
