Dallas Denyse Sanders Mott, 33, was born on December 19, 1979 in Port Lavaca, TX to Leslie Sanders and Dollie Ryan Sanders of Seadrift, TX. She passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at her residence in Virginia Beach, VA.
A native of Seadrift, TX, she attended Calhoun High School, Tomball College, University of Wisconsin, and Old Dominion University where she majored in accounting.
She was married on December 20, 1997 to Chad Everett Mott and was a stay at home mother for her two surviving children Cavyn Elias Mott (10 yrs old son) and Candence Myth Mott (8 yrs old daughter). Dallas loved her precious children and consistently focused her thoughts, time and energy on them. Their favorite memories of her are of warm cuddles, tender caresses, reading books, and going places.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leslie Sanders; grandparents, Phillips Ryon, Dollie Ryon, and Bill Sanders.
Dallas was loved and cherished by her family and friends. We will always remember her sweet spirit and inner beauty. She will be missed by her surviving grandmother, Goldie Sanders; mother and stepfather, Dollie and Richard Maughlin; siblings Allen Sanders and wife Yvette, Kristin Arterbury and husband Andy, Robyn Amundson and husband Mark, Austin Sanders and wife Tara.
Funeral services were held at First Baptist Church in Seadrift on April 27, 2013. Burial followed at the Seadrift Cemetery.
