There’s perhaps no better way to get into the spirit of the season than to gather with your neighbors or church family and enjoy the beautiful strains of Christmas melodies performed by the dedicated ladies of the Seadrift Community Choir. Each year this group, under the direction of Nancy Childress, comes together to learn new material and practice extensively for no other reason than to spread the joy of Christmas throughout their community. Everyone, who loves Christmas music is invited to attend these free presentations.
The program this year includes: “Advent Plainchant”, “He Is Born”, “Mary, Did You Know?”, “What Can I Give Him?”, “The New Gift of Love”, “Peace On Earth”, “Why We Sing”, and “Silent Night”.
