April 6: Seadrift VFD and Port Lavaca FD responded to a one vehicle accident and resulting downed power lines on Hwy 185 near Ineos Nitriles.

April 8: Seadrift VFD and Port Lavaca FD responded to a large grass fire off of Jesse Rigby Road near Hwy 35. Magnolia Beach VFD, Six Mile Community VFD, Port O’Connor VFD, and Port Alto / Olivia VFD also responded.

April 13: Seadrift VFD responded to a small brush fire off of Broadway Ave. in Seadrift.

April 16: Seadrift VFD responded to a grass fire off of Armstrong Road in Seadrift.

April 18: Seadrift VFD responded to assist Port O’Connor VFD and Port Lavaca FD with a grass fire off of Hwy 1289.

April 18: Seadrift VFD responded to the end of Lane Road to assist EMS with a Life Flight helicopter landing.

April 19: Seadrift VFD and Port Lavaca FD responded to a two-vehicle accident at the Hwy 185 and Hwy 35 intersection.

April 19: Seadrift VFD responded to a minor two-vehicle accident on Hwy 185 in Seadrift near Family Dollar.

April 20: Seadrift VFD responded to Railroad Street in Seadrift to assist EMS with a Life Flight helicopter landing.

April 25: Seadrift VFD responded to assist Port Alto / Olivia VFD with a large debris fire off of Spur 159 in Port Alto; Port Lavaca FD, Six Mile Community VFD, and Point Comfort VFD also responded.
