This year’s Project Graduation will be held on June 3, 2011, at Calhoun High School. Project Graduation, a function held for seniors at the CHS campus, is a safe alternative to celebrate their High School Graduation. It includes many memorable activities and entertainment for the kids throughout the night and a chance for that last visit with their classmates.
Too often, the future of young lives and happiness of special events have been spoiled by the tragedy of drinking and driving. Functions like this give the seniors a controlled environment off the roads to carry on with the celebration of their graduation ceremony.
Public funds are not available for Project Graduation, therefore donations are being sought from the public and private sectors.
You help is needed and would be appreciated in the following areas:
1. Cash Donations for prizes and minimal operation expenses
2. Merchandise and Gift Certificates to be used as door prizes
3. Food and Beverages to be used by the students at Project Graduation.
In order to insure that this will be a memorable event in the life of the graduates, your support is needed as soon as possible.
