Kirk Andrew Lacy of Port O Connor, Texas, born January 25, 1961, passed away on February 27, 2018.

He is survived by mother, Betty Kirk Lacy of Portland, Oregon; sister and brother-in-law Cara Anne Lacy and Zane Ball of Portland, Oregon; brother Andrew H Lacy of Victoria, Texas; nephew Alexander Ball and niece Josephine “Mimi” Ball of Portland, Oregon.

Kirk was also survived by close friends Calvin and Debbie McIntyre and Mary “Mom” Estes. There will be a dockside memorial for Kirk sometime this spring before scattering his ashes in the bay to join his father and two “uncles” G B Robertson and Frank Taylor.
