Seadrift – Mignon “Miggie” Earlene Morgenroth Dierlam, 85 of Seadrift died Tuesday, June 4, 2019. Graveside service was held on Friday, June 14th at Seadrift Cemetery in Seadrift with Pastor Cody Logan, officiating.

Miggie was born December 21, 1933 in Seadrift, TX to the late Frank Sr. and Lucille Bierman Morgenroth. She was a housewife and caretaker for many. Miggie could always be found in the garden or in the kitchen cooking for family and friends. Her wonderful recipes and baking skills won many awards over the years. She enjoyed taking care of her beautiful flowers and plants. Many family members and friends always left her home with clippings of her favorites. Miggie was a longtime member of the Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by husband, Walter James “Ax” Dierlam; sons, Jerry Dierlam and Randy Dierlam; brothers, Frank Morgenroth, Jr. and Robert “Bobby” Morgenroth; sisters, Frances Ortiz, Irene Smith, and Ida Ann Phillips.

Miggie is survived by her sons, Ricky Dierlam and Danny Dierlam of Seadrift; brother, James Morgenroth of Seadrift; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild; along with numerous other loving family members and friends
