Ethan Bowman, from Seadrift, caught this JUMBO drum, July 4, 2011. It was a 37 inch long, scale breaker. He tried to weigh it on his fresh water scale and it weighed in as a “scale breaker”. It was caught off “Grassy Point” in San Antonio Bay out of Seadrift. Ethan was using 20 lb. braided line with a diving lure. He fought this JUMBO for almost an hour before he was finally able to wrestle it in the boat!
