CW passed away September 17, 2024/ He was born July 16, 1945 in Seadrift, Texas to Clyde Thrower and Geraldine Rubalcaba. CW was preceded in death by his parents, sister Vera (Sissy) Hadley and James Ray Thrower (Chuy). He is survived by his sister Nonie, and several nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by all.
