The staff at Port O’Connor and Seadrift Schools joined forces and participated in staff development together in August. One day of training was devoted to Thinking Maps. Thinking Maps is a language of eight visual patterns each based on a fundamental thinking process. These patterns are used individually and in combination across every grade level and curriculum area as an integrated set of tools for life-long learning. You may visit the campuses to see thinking maps in action.
