The Seadrift Lions replaced the steps leading to a fellow Lion’s home to make them easier for her to climb. Lion CJ Garriott was the beneficiary of the new steps. Materials were donated by a local business and Lion and City Councilman Jack LaBarge. Jack and Lion Dale Gaines completed the project. Each step was made shorter in height with a wider tread. The stairs were also made wider overall and two sturdy handrails were added for strength and stability.
