Port O’Connor: Dorothy Ramos passed away Friday, November 2, 2012 in Victoria, TX. She was born February 6, 1933 to the late Guadalupe and Eloise Sandoval Ramirez. She was a homemaker and a Catholic. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Port O’Connor.

Dorothy is survived by her husband, Joe David Ramos Sr., children, Joseph D. Ramos (Diana) of Port Lavaca, Shirley Harper (James) of Port O’Connor and Patty Hatcher of Port O’Connor; her sister, Julia Lee of Houston; 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, three sisters and three grandsons, Michael Harper, Dallas Ramos and Sy Velasquez.

Funeral Mass was held November 6, followed by burial at Port O’Connor Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Chris Harper Sr., Joe D. Ramos III, Leslie Stringo, Jr., Bob Wadley, Manuel Blanco and Patrick Ragusin. Honorary Pallbearers were Pete Lee and Chris Harper Jr.
