This weekend, guests at the Saltwater Lodge were treated to a sporting and culinary extravaganza. After successful time in the field and on the water, employees of Cardinal Culinary were treated to a gourmet weekend. Bryan Slaven, The Texas Gourmet, was on hand shooting a promotional video for an upcoming outdoor hunting and fishing show and as a result, many great dishes were prepared and shared by all.
