Noe Cano and Daniel Martinez are all in “knots”. Seriously, they are part of the Seadrift School students who are working on the Textile Unit in Art Class. A majority of students are learning to crochet by learning to chain with yarn and a crochet hook. It has been challenging for some, but amazingly all seem to get it. Parachute string bracelets, quilting, and knitting are more of the type of projects that 6th, 7th, and 8th grade art are experiencing. -Margaret Charnetski
