Former Port O’Connor resident, Randall Goode of Bay City, has completed the HEB Slim Down Showdown, a 12-week weight-loss competition. Although he was not the competition’s winner, Randall lost 36 pounds and became healthy enough to cease taking medications for high blood pressure and diabetes. We congratulate Randall on his dedication to maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Way to go, Randall!
