Andre

Andre is a poodle mix about 2 years old. Solid white and a handsome fella, he’s also bright because of those “smart genes” that poodles are famous for. And with proper grooming, Ooh La La!

Tiny

Tiny is a Dachshund mix about 5 years old with many good years ahead of him as your loving companion. Lively and playful, he will also be a great “lap pal.”

Eli is a “good old boy” if there ever was one. A titch over a year old, he has such a great disposition, loves everyone on sight, is very playful. A hound mix, he’s also beautifully marked, really a neat dog in every way.
Come see Eli, Andre, Tiny, and all the other animals at the Port Lavaca Animal Shelter, 201 Stringham Drive (across from the rodeo arena), Monday through Saturday, 10 to 2, or call the Calhoun County Humane Society, 553-8916.
You can also view them and other animals ready for adoption on line at www.calhouncountyhumanesociety.org
Thanks and we’ll be waiting for you!

On behalf of Mary Jo Walker, President, and the other Officers and Directors of the POC Chamber of Commerce, we congratulate the winners named above and thank all those who participated in the contest.  There were additionally some displays around town that were also excellent but the residents had not either registered in the contest or were not eligible to win because of winning a plaque in the past two prior years.  Thanks to all who lit up POC!
