The Port O’Connor Branch Library (along with the Seadrift Branch) will have new summer hours! Beginning Saturday, May 1st, 2021, we will be opening with a more consistent schedule: Tuesday-Friday 10:30am-5pm, Saturdays 9am-1pm, and closed Sunday/Monday.

An election will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 for the purpose of three council/alderman positions for a term of 2 years.
Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted at City Hall, 501 S. Main St., Seadrift, TX 77983 from April 19th to April 24th and April 26th to April 27th.
The hours for early voting will be as follows:
• Monday, April 19 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, April 20 – 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, April 21 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday, April 22 – 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Friday, April 23 – 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday, April 24 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Monday, April 26 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, April 27 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Hours on election day (May 1, 2021) will be from 7 am to 7 pm.
Applications for ballots by mail must be received no later than the close of business on April 20, 2021, and should be mailed to: City of Seadrift, Attn: City Secretary, P.O. Box 159, Seadrift, TX 77983.
