The Harbor provides a safe haven for young victims of sexual and physical abuse or neglect where they may be interviewed by a trained interviewer in a child-friendly, non-threatening and non-institutional environment. Their trained professionals also provide a 24 hour crisis hotline, work with adult victims of sexual assault and domestic violence and accompany victims to medical exams and to court and law enforcement agencies. A Case Management program was developed in 2008 to improve coping and decision making skills as well as parent-child relationships for families needing these services. Please come to the meeting to learn more or visit their website at http://www.harboradvocacycenter.org
