Earl Gremillion of McDade, Texas caught and released this 44”, 36 lb. bull red fishing at the jetties in May.

Jaxson Chambers, fishing with his papa Cal Junek, caught this redfish. Just as he got it to the boat, a shark ate the other half!

Miss Ayelet Parker, age 5, caught this keeper redfish at Sunday Beach on April 28. She managed to land it all by herself. Ayelet, the granddaughter of Dave and Renate Pope of POC, was visiting from Minneapolis.

Folks from central Texas had a great morning with limits of redfish and some nice drum while fishing with Capt. Ron Arlitt of Scales and Tales Guide service of POC. These guys are regulars to the Port O’Connor area and really enjoy running the bays looking for the schools of fish.
