ANTIFA

The radical Lefts group “Antifa” can best be understood by studying their history and who they admire. They take their name from the German, “Antifaschistische Aktion” (Antifascist Action, commonly referred to as Antifa). It was a new paramilitary Communist “street-fighting’”group, formed in May, 1932 by the German Communist Party, KPD (Kommunistische Partei Deutschlands). But to really understand it, we must go back to the defeat of Germany in World War One.

After the defeat and the Abdication of Kaiser Wilhelm II, there was great political upheaval. There were Centrists (mostly Socialist Democrats), some “right-wing Monarchists and pro-military groups, and the best organized ‘opposition’ was the Communists. In January, 1919 the strongest Communist Faction, called the “Spartacists” led a failed armed rebellion against the Weimar Republic and its new Constitution. The Weimar Republic quickly failed, mostly due to inflation of its currency caused by Reparation Payments to the Allies demanded by Allies in the Versailles Treaty. Throughout the 1920s there was much street fighting, terrorism, and assassinations as the various paramilitaries of the political factions fought each other for local power. The KPD was Stalinist and supported by the Soviets, mostly fought with the Liberal Socialist Democrats who mostly controlled the Weimar govt. The KPD was Leninist and considered social democrats and liberals as “social fascists”. Lenin taught that “Social Democracy” would only lead to “fascism”; though the original Italian “Fascists” like Mussolini were Marxist communists who just learned from WW I that “nationalism’ was a stronger political draw than the “International Workers Class War”.

The Sturmabteilung (Storm Detachment), or “Brownshirts” were the original paramilitary of the National Socialist German Workers Party (NAZIs) was just coming into being. The Red Front Fighters League was formed by the KPD with the ‘Clenched Fist Symbol’ still popular with BLM and many other Marxist groups. It is interesting that the Communists on the “Left”, the Social Democrats on the “Center” and the National Socialists on the “Right”, were all Socialists! All Marxists, only divided by degree and minor variations of Theory. We are already seeing Antifa and BLM are as willing to riot and use violence and terrorism to get attention, political power, and things from the “Social Democrat” Biden Admin as they were to attack the Trump Admin. Antifa are Marxist “purists”, Leninists who believe any faction that is not Communist, is automatically “Fascist”. And our “Media” has pushed the Communist lie since 1945 that “Fascist” are somehow “Right-wing”, and not just a schism of Marxism – Totalitarian Central Govt, Power to the Party, Citizens have no natural Rights, all rights come from the Central Govt, no belief in Natural Law is allowed.

Today, none of “Traditional Political Definitions” are “true”, they have been redefined by the Current Truth of the Radical Left. To the Neo-Bolshevic Leninists, Anything that resists their idea of Marxism (communism) is “Fascist”, so “Antifascist Action” (Antifa) is required to use any violent action (By any Means Necessary) to gain power for Their Party. And as their power and influence grows, it will get worse. Also, the Soros Orgs have spent $millions to get Lefty Lib DAs and AGs elected in Leftist cities and States who will not prosecute Antifa. And Antifa always claim any of their “Red Front Fighters” who are charged with the crimes they commit are only “Political Prisoners” of the “Fascists”.

You have to understand “Their Definition” of the words to understand the “Truthism” of their “GroupThink”. And any of the Socialist Progression must be to their vision of Proper Marxism- Communism, not any Democrat Socialism. And like the original Antifa would ‘ally’ with the Nazis against the Social Democrats, these current Antifa ally themselves with Anarchists and Black Racists, or even “Fascists” like the Boogaloo Boys, if they think it suits their purpose at that time. Their Goal is to destroy Capitalism, Christianity, Democracy, and any Social or government stability. Just like their original name-sake in Germany. And there are other Antifas in many European countries, with the same intent.

2/9/21. “Let the Games Begin!” Shampeachment 2.1.  The D-Rats are determined to impeach a Private Citizen who is already out of office, because they are terrified of his running for office again. Time Magazine has already revealed that the radical Leftists and Globalist interests Stole (“Fortified”) the 2020 Election, so the D-Rat accusations about Trump’s Jan 6th Speech are trying to prosecute him for telling the truth. Again proving, “When Tyranny is rising, telling the Truth is a revolutionary act.” The Supreme Court had refused to allow several States to submit evidence on massive Vote Fraud by many different methods, “because the States lack “Standing to protest a crooked election in another State.” How else can any Justice be found? If the Plaintiffs can not find a Court where they can present their Evidence? The “Lack of Standing” excuse has been used to prevent Citizen Voters from trying to enforce the “natural born Citizen” requirement for President since 2008. It has not reached the trial stage where the Evidence can be presented. Now being used as a cover-up for massive organized Election Fraud.
Shampeachment 1.0 was used to prosecute Trump for questioning the progress of a Bribery Investigation against VP Joe Biden, in Ukraine for withholding $1 billion in aid unless the prosecutor investigating his son taking a $1 million salary, plus bribes from Burisma, for money laundering, was fired. So Shampeachment 2.0 is Trump being prosecuted for telling the truth about the 2020 Election Steal. Starting on Day 1 the Dems want to violate the 5th Amendment to “Punish Trump if he will not testify.” The first hurdle for the D-rats, “Is the impeachment of a now Private Citizen even Constitutional?’” the answer is NO!  Especially by the Senate Rules limiting the Defense time to present evidence. And Even though all Senators are sworn to base their verdict based on the evidence, the Dems will vote in a block “Guilty” or face the wrath of their Party Leaders. This is a sad Joke of a show-trial against an American, now a private Citizen, but denying him all the protections from criminal and biased Prosecution. This Shampeachment is also unlawful because the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court refused to preside at the trial as required by the Constitution. The main charge against Trump is “Insurrection” for statements he made in a speech Jan 6th. Defense showed video clips of far more inflammatory statements by Dems encouraging riots, and personal attacks against Trump supporters. Trump encouraged a demonstration at the Capitol, but stressed keeping it peaceful and lawful, unlike the Antifa/BLM riots encouraged by Democrat leaders statements and VP Harris’s “Bail Fund” for arrested rioters. “Insurrection” means violence used to overthrow a lawful Govt, but this protest by Trumpers was to try to get a lawful investigation into Vote Fraud where there was much evidence in 7 States uncovered. During this trial, evidence in two more States, Colorado and New Hampshire was added. The Confession by Arturo D’ellio, the Leonardo SpA IT tech who uploaded the encrypted instructions to the Dominion Voting Machines claimed the Vote Totals were changed in 17 States. So only half the States where that type of Vote Stealing happened have been identified so far.
The Shampeachment is also cover for Joe Biden “ruling by Executive Order”. By the end of January, in only 12 days in office, his count was 39. Twice as many as either Trump or Obama. By Feb 12 there were 4 more “classes” of “EOs” added to the Executive Orders, Presidential Memos, and Presidential Proclamations, all have “the color of Law” unless overturned by Congress or “stayed” by court order. They are called “Administrative Orders, Presidential Notices, Presidential Sequestration Orders, and National Security Presidential Memoranda. Where Trumps EOs were to facilitate Economic Growth and cut red tape for needed projects, Biden’s are the opposite. Many are to overturn those Trump orders, to stop oil & gas production and distribution. Gas prices are rapidly rising, from $1.68 a few weeks ago at Murphy, to $2.40 at Tivoli. This is a major economic setback for many Texans who must commute to work. Other EOs include encouraging “trannies” in the military; releasing some 25,000 Illegal Aliens, now called “Migrants”starting Feb19; rejoining WHO, and The Paris Climate Rip-Off; Preserving DACA; over-turning the Ban on Visas to Terrorist Supporting Countries; and US funding for world-wide abortions. We will again be the Tax Cow for the UN, and a Client State for Red China. Remember when Trump used EOs to benefit our economy and facilitate new Jobs, the Left called him a “Dictator”, now Biden is destroying jobs and “Energy Independence” simply to destroy the remnants of the Trump Prosperity. Covid Lockdowns will continue, masks required, and dangerous vaccines will be required to travel, even though the CDC has finally declared HCQ and Ivermectin are safe and effective if used as soon as symptoms appear.  And cheap!  That is what Big Pharma and the D-Rat totalitarians really hate. “Herd Immunity” has always been possible with HCQ and Ivermec, but that does not fit the Agenda. I have medical appointments this month, so I took the preventative dose of Ivermectin by taking 2 m/l of veterinary Ivermec orally. I am not “recommending it”, just saying I have it for my animals, and if I’m going to be “Guinea Pig in the Covid Experiments”, I’m going to choose what Experiment I participate in! I believe in Ivermec a lot more than I believe in Dr Fauxi, Bill Gates, George Soros, the ChiComs, or WHO.

The Election Steal

I had already submitted an article about the Crazy Day of Jan 6, questioning the Antifa takeover of the Trump March to the Capitol, Capitol cops taking down barriers and inviting Trumpers in some places, while Antitifa broke windows to open doors in others where the Media cameras were. Two days of the D-Rats, their Media, Big Tech, and the RINOs trying to browbeat President into resigning with only 12 days left to Biden’s inauguration? Why all the desperate hate? On Friday Jan 8th I found out why.

In Italy there was a trial going on about Leonardo SpA, the “8th largest Cyber Defense Contractor in the World”. On Jan 6, an IT expert from Leonardo SpA admitted to the court that he and others manipulated vote totals in the US presidential election, and through implantation of viruses in Leonardo SpA’s main servers in December 2020 tried to hide their crimes. This was to cover-up greater crimes committed on the early morning of November 4th. Here is his sworn affidavit:

I, Prof Alfio D’Urso, Advocate/Lawyer, of Via Vittorio Emanuele, Catania, 95131 Italy, do hereby provide the following affidavit of facts as conveyed in several meetings with a high level army security services official:

Arturo D’Elia, former head of the IT Department of Leonardo SpA, has been charged by the public prosecutor of Naples for technology/data manipulation and implantation of viruses in the main computers of Leonardo SpA in December 2020. D’Elia has been deposed by the presiding judge in Naples and in sworn testimony states on 4 November 2020, under instruction and direction of US persons working from the US Embassy in Rome, undertook the operation to switch data from the US elections of 3 November 2020 from significant margin of victory for Donald Trump to Joe Biden in a number of states where Joe Biden was losing the vote totals. Defendant stated he was working in the Pescara facility of Leonardo SpA and utilized military grade cyber warfare encryption capabilities to transmit switched votes via military satellite of Fucino Tower to Frankfurt Germany. The defendant swears that the data in some cases may have been switched to represent more than total voters registered. The defendant has stated he is willing to testify to all individuals and entities involved in the switching of votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden when he shall be in total protection for himself and his family. Defendant states he has secured in an undisclosed location the backup of the original data and data switched upon instruction to provide evidence at court in this matter.

I hereby declare and swear the above stated facts have been stated in my presence.

There it is! We know about the raid by Army Intel Assets on the Server Farm in Frankfort. Supposedly owned by a Spanish Company, but leased to Smartmatic, a British Company who were sub-leasing it to Dominion, the company building and leasing the crooked Voting Machines that had a secret antennae where they could be accessed at any time through any common router, like Wifi. An International Conspiracy to give the Election to Joe Biden, who should be a dementia patient. And Kamala Devi Harris as VP, soon to be upgraded to President, who is not eligible under the Original Intent of our Constitution. The once “Democrat Party” has been stolen by Progressive Marxists and Globalists, who with their RINO buddies in the UniParty Swamp are so desperate to unseat a real Pro-America President, they gave control of their party to George Soros and his Voting Machine Companies, Also a large interest in Dominion was sold to China for $400 Million, money which was probably used to bribe State Officials (yes, even “Repubs”) into using these Vote-Fixing Machines.

This is what the Pelosi – Shumer D-Rats were defending when they stopped any honest investigation by Patriots into multiple types of Election Fraud on Jan 6. We can thank God for getting that Italian guy to “come clean” on that same day. There is no doubt about the Vote Fraud, both internationally by Dominion, Smartmatic, Leonardo and others; or local and state by false registrations, illegal voters, changing rules and proceedures unlawfully, and crooked Vote Counts.

What must be decided now is the depth of the crimes. Who did What and When and How, or knew about it, facilitated it, approved it, covered up the crimes, or simply tried to ignore it and not report it. It is TREASON when foreigners are involved and our enemies profit from it, undoubtedly true in this case. It is Sedition to try to overthrow a lawfully elected govt or President, or aid, or cover-up, or for anyone in govt to FAIL to Report such Sedition. All who were party to this must be punished, and punished severely.

This must never happen again. This is not about “Democrat” or “Republican”, the guilty are in both Parties. This is about shredding our Constitution, and destroying our Republic. It is also about destroying “democracy”, the value of Citizenship and honest Elections! It is about individuals violating ther Oath of Office and the Public Trust for personal and Party Power, and personal enrichment. We must investigate and destroy this corruption, root and branch, or this Federal Govt is a FAILURE! Justice demands Truth, and punishment for the Guilty, those who used their positions, to rob and oppress our Citizens and corrupt our Constitution and the Federal Republic created by it.If these crimes cannot be rooted out and the criminals brought to justice, the corruption will continue and worsen. The Constitution and Republic must be defended, strengthened, or they are both destroyed.

Jan 11 Update: MSM, Big Tech and Pelosi are suppressing any info in the Election Fraud. Pelosi is trying to Impeach Trump in the last week of his term. WHY? Questioning this Fraud is a “Hate Crime” now? The Constitution, our Republic. and any pretense to Free Speech or Justice are over. The FBI took over the GA investigation and finished shredding the “Mail-In Ballots” that were never mailed! The FIX is In! What’s Next for Texas?

Texas filed a motion with the U.S. Supreme Court before midnight on Monday, Dec 7, to bring a lawsuit challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution. Texas argued that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures, as required by law. Additionally, Texas argued that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Most important, Texas argued that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above. “ Therefore, Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the States to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors.” By Friday afternoon, 19 other States, President Trump, and over a hundred Congressmen had joined in supporting the suit. But, SCOTUS “dismissed” the suit for “Lack of Legal Standing”!

This is Legalistic Trickery from Admiralty Law (Commercial Law) to limit participation in a lawsuit for “damages” to parties that really have measurable and compensatable damages that can be “made whole” by the Court! It is a ludicrous excuse by corrupt Federal Courts infected with moral cowardice, unwilling to try cases on Constitutional Issues they are unwilling to hear and rule on. We have heard this “Lack of Standing” excuse to dismiss cases questioning the Eligibility of Barack Obama to be President because of the “natural born Citizen” clause. High-dollar DC Law Firms have used this excuse to deny access to courts to Citizen Voters and historical scholars for 13 years. If the lawyers thought they could win, they would welcome the case being brought to trial, but they know they would lose. The Proof is in the Library of Congress, the Courts would have to rule that Obama was UnConstitutional, and that would be Politically Incorrect, and unpopular with radical and violent factions in the Leftist Dem-Soc Party.

Every Citizen-Voter has “Standing” to question any Constitutional Issue on Election Integrity! Especially all those of us who have Sworn the Oath to, “Defend and Protect the Constitution of the United States against All Enemies, Foreign and Domestic.” This is an Oath Sworn, “So, help me God!” and there is no discharge or ‘Separation” from The OATH! Doubly so for us who have served in our Military, fought and bled in DC’s foreign wars, we have earned our “Standing” with “blood, sweat, and tears”. Texas and Texans who have fought hard for years to try to provide honest Elections to live Citizens who are actual residents, have plenty of “Standing” to protest fraudulent elections from unlawful “rule changes” by paid-off executive-branch officers and corrupt Activist Judges in other states! This is a Constitutional Crisis issue!

The Constitutional Crisis is now undeniable! We suffered 8 years under the intentional mismanagement and usurpation of powers by the UnConstitutional Obama Admin, that was probably elected by organized Vote Fraud by the same Soros-owned Companies that got caught this time! And we suffered a year of lies and false investigations of Trump by the Swamp before his election, and 4 years of more lies, false accusations, “Resist and Obstruction”, and out-right Sedition before this criminal vote fraud scam, organized on every level, often using the excuse of the Covid Pandemic to destroy our Constitutional Govt. Now SCOTUS will try to deny us, individually and as States, the “Standing” to protest in open Court the flagrant destruction of Original Intent, our Constitutional and Natural Rights, and honest elections? What is wrong with those arrogant Idiots in DC?

After the ruling, Colonel Allen West, a former FL congressman who has headed the Texas GOP since July, issued a response:

“The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 US congressman, decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law — resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences. This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the U.S. Constitution and not be held accountable. This decision will have far-reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic.”

“Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the Constitution,” he added.

This Ruling can not stand! We are rapidly approaching a, “Who will go with old Ben Milam to San Antonio?” Moment. Texians stood against Santa Ana’s overturning the Mexican Constitution of 1824, and we today damn sure will not stand for the District of Columbia overturning our US Constitution, which we officially adopted in 1845. We are Americans, we do not make good slaves, The same idealism and courage that marched from Kentucky and Tennessee, to fight and die in the Alamo. to defy the Dictator Santa Ana lives in our history and blood, in our DNA.

We the People, and the “several States”, wrote the Constitution as the Contract to create the Federal Govt and SCOTUS. If they ignore, deny, and destroy it, they destroy their mandate, their reason to exist. We can build another, better, stronger Constitutional Republic, we are still America! This Ruling excusing Massive Election Fraud will not Stand! We will make our own “Standing”.

Election Fiasco – Massive Vote Fraud

Anyone paying any attention to how Democrats handle Elections in the last 2 decades instinctively knew Mail-in-Voting was a a Cheat-By-Mail Scam. The Dems promised signature requirements, witnesses for some signatures, postmark dating, ballot security, even ballot tracking in some states, but immediately started law-suits to allow/require counting of unsigned ballots, undated ballots, and there is no ballot security by the USPS. Millions of ballots were lost, stolen, misprinted, destroyed, all “floating around out there” for anyone to try to do something with them.

Dementia Joe told the truth a couple of times during his “Why Bother Campaign” when he bragged about creating “the most extensive and inclusive VOTER FRAUD organization” in history, and he didn’t need your vote, he needed your help after the election (to make the Vote Fraud stick, by riot and intimidation?). Nancy Pelousi kept telling her followers, ““it will look like Trump is winning on election night but when all the votes are counted it will be a Biden win.” The core principle of “democracy”-fair election- has been destroyed by the “Democrat Party” in America, and using the Chinese Plague as an excuse.

There are dozens, even hundreds of reports, by election judges, even Democrat Election workers, and poll watchers taking Videos, of everything from Mail-in Ballots thrown away before reaching the Post Office, Post Office Workers being told to destroy/throw away Trump ballots by Union officials and Post Office Supervisors; “Computer Glitches” transferring vote counts from Trump to Biden; boxes and suitcase of “found ballots” after the polls closed being delivered surreptitiously to Vote Counters; hundreds of thousands of unsigned and undated ballots showing up with only Biden marked, none of the down-ballot races even marked; Many of those Mail-In ballots marked with the same pen and trace evidence of by the same person at the same place; and even Dem Partisans bragging on Facebook and Twitter about destroying “hundreds of thousands” of Trump Ballots and replacing them with ballots pre-marked for Biden or all Dem candidates. A week after the Election, reports are still pouring in. The DoJ has been forced to investigate, even though they are obviously dragging their feet. The “Computer Glitches” are on D-Rat built machines..

Many other Candidates have had their Civil Rights violated. John James, a black ex-US Army officer, candidate for Senate in Michigan, had a several hundred thousand vote lead stolen from him Wednesday morning by a huge dump of illegal Democrat ballots. 6000+ votes were stolen from him and Trump in one small county, by simple reversing the numbers from Trump & James to the D-Rats. That one was caught early because a County Elections officers saw the “State Count by County”and knew it was wrong. This demonstrates the arrogance of the Vote stealing. Computerized voting machines are left hooked up to the internet and can be changed. Many Voting machines are built and programed by companies owned and operated by George Soros , Pelosi family, and known Dem political Operatives. We must have paper ballots, Voter ID, Absentee ballots by application only and for a reason, and honest Voter Registration with proof of Citizenship and Residence, with enough time for Election Supervisors to do required confirmations for all Federal Elections! 3 months before an election sounds about right!

UPDATE: Monday night “rumors” appeared that US Army investigators had seized Servers in Frankfort, Germany, connected to Dominion (and Smartmatic), that were useud to steal the election. The True Election Results are alleged to be Trump won 410-128. There is no Official Confirmation yet, (06:00, Tuesday, 11/17/2020); but I have a tweet clip of Louie Gohmert on OANN – https://twitter.com/derf_anon/status/1328511268593004545 I suspect it will be days as investigations go forward and hundreds of arrests are made before there will be any Official Report. And I wonder how the Enemedia will report this? “Trump has Army seize Vote Counting Computers”? This all sounds too good to be true, the numbers could be before all the fraudulent Mail-In Ballots were counted. But it is proof that the Election was stolen.

This continued Vote Fraud is just feeding the necessity for Separation and Partition between the Constitutional States and the Dem-Soc led States where they are destroying Constitutional Govt, Patriotism in any form, and demonize any Pro-American sentiment, Christianity, or common sense morality. This election has been a clear choice between Pro-Amercan values and Marxist/Globalist Politics. The Vote Fraud shows it to be a choice between Good and Evil. I watched the election being stolen in AZ, WI, and MI early Wednesday morning and later saw the reports of how it was done. Hundreds of Thousands of of illegal ballots added! The Dem-Soc’s handling of this election, blatant disregard for the Constitution or even historical democracy, their anti-America economic, trade, and world “diplomacy”plans, and their post-election threats to punish Trump supporters, Constitutional Patriots, Christians, and anyone else who refuses to kow-tow to their Agenda; should convince anyone who wants Freedom and Liberty for Texas or any other Constitutional conservative State, that we must start to consider Secession and Partition. I see it as TEXIT is taking the lead to Freedom, to Restore the Original Intent to our Constitution, with real enforcement against govt criminality, and the reformation of a new Constitutional Republic. Perhaps, if several, maybe more than half of the States, start Secession movements, the Swamp will decide it is better to pass laws to guarantee our Constitutional Freedoms, instead of more “Intolerable Acts”. Everyone should re-read the Declaration of Independence, and then see where we are today, with the threats of the new Socialist/Globalist Fascist Bureaucracies.
