Six miles of beach and shoreline from Magnolia Beach to Indianola were cleaned by 106 volunteers who collected approximately 1066 pounds of trash during the Fall Adopt-A-Beach clean up.

Most unusual items found were toy soldier, old coin, vintage fish net, insulated ski glove, and a “weird modified muffler thing.
Lunch was sponsored by the Texas Saltwater Fishing magazine. The magazine also gave three Yeti Ramblers for door prizes.

This was my 19th cleanup as the volunteer coordinator. See Adopt-A-Beach on the web and consider joining us for  the  next clean up day in the spring.
